Ugh PvP in this game is unbalanced as hell. I wouldn’t even care if crucible is removed at this point on PC. It just seems like bungie only cares about eververse and bounties

What cheaters?! It's perfect. And Trials is back and here to stay. That's what all the PvP streamers and try-hards wanted.
-
Yep. #removethecrucible

1 RespuestaEditado por Acekiler 45: 8/17/2020 4:02:12 PMthey'll never ban a single cheater but they will ban you for "harassing" them
-
"on PC" 😏
-
If Bungie banned the cheaters the player base would shrink and the game would look bad to investors.
-
They can remove that garbage on consoles while they're at it as well.
-
1 RespuestaNah, don't ban the cheaters. Make them all match against each other. It's getting bad. Even on console now.
-
im with you mate. Cheaters is the plague that eats last pieces of this game.
-
2 RespuestasCheating is definitely a problem but crucible is relatively balanced besides that
-
5 RespuestasThat’s why men play on XBOX.
-
3 RespuestasAmazing is it not. I can go on any D2 stat tracking website and find you 5 blatant cheaters in a few clicks who have been at it for months. Its always the same thing. Almost 100% headshot accuracy or a bunch games played in which opposing team is missing 1 or 2 players(ddoss).
-
1 RespuestaI imagine their anti cheat is a guy eating pizza, drinking red bull and watching twitch streams.
-
12 RespuestasYou obviously haven't been paying attention to the streams or youtube Cheaters are getting banned. Sometimes even in the middle of matches.
-
1 Respuestai cant understand why we cant get any statement from Bungie, any report about what have been done about cheating, why it's still a -blam!-ing a lot around pvp.
-
Ryan you made some valid points and I agree that Eververse should be removed from the game, but whether we wanted it or not, we’ve stepped into a war with the Cabal on Mars. So let’s get to taking out their command one by one. Valus Ta’aurc. From what I can gather, he commands the Siege Dancers from an imperial land tank outside Rubicon. He’s well protected, but with the right team, we can punch through those defenses, take this beast out, and break their grip on Freehold.
-
1 RespuestaA lot of people who complain can’t tell a cheater from a try hard. When you’re pissed it’s hard to tell.

Yea there are cheaters , we all know that guy who zips around a corner to a spot where you thought you were hidden , slides and head shots you with a shotty even worse a bloody sniper rifle . bah!. man i used to get so mad, especially when i was first pvpíng and getting my arse handed to me ack ! . It doesn't help that i am an old guy so i dont have those snappy reflexes you see on utube vids from streamers like Kakis. So i thought frak it ! and begrudgingly did the weekly bounties for the xp and half arsed my way through it. , sometimes my score was so low the match did not count...it must have been thinking i was afk. But i was lucky enough to stumble across some really good vids on utube about pvp and i practiced and practiced those tips on npc's while i was doing my bounties so that now its muscle memory. How well do i know my gnawing hunger? i have 16,000 + npc kills with it . So now i get a good amount of finishing headshots cause i aim just so and the recoil does the work. I don't even have to think about it. I cant stress this enough , know the range of your weapon ! many times i win the encounter because my weap has that extra X yards i am at my optimal range and they are having damage fall off - they die and i walk away with that sliver of health - it had nothing to do with aim. I spent some major $ on a good mouse and dialed it in! and even more $ on some Sennheiser head phones - most of the time i know where someone is now because of the clump clump of their footsteps. Other things came together as well , map knowledge and those favorite spots where the nme like to lurk or where they will be coming from having just capped a zone. So after nearly a year , major bucks and major effort , what is the upshot? yea i still get arse handed to me , especially if i am overconfident. But i can hold my own now - against a tough team i average between 1.5 and 2.5 efficiency and it goes up from there depending. Are there cheaters out there , yup for sure! i totally agree with the sentiment of the OP, do i get salty when they constantly owning me - yes! But now i understand a lot of those guys i was so sure were cheating were just really skilled players who have put in the effort. So guys (and girls) leave a little room for doubt and remember this time we might be opponents but next match we might be on the same side. :)

6 RespuestasI'm surprised bungie hasn't bought perfect aim for a month to see how it works. I'm hoping that now they seem to be slightly in bed with Microsoft again (gamepass) that Microsoft will hook them up with their anti cheat.
-
Yes bungie continue NOT banning the premium cheaters because you're too cheap to buy a subscription for a month...
-
You can’t really ban cheaters though as if your dedicated enough then there’s ways around everything. Hardware bans is the way to go which would get rid of most of them but again if your dedicated to cheating you can even bypass that
-
Some days it feels pointless to play unless I get an aim bot. The company selling them is pretty damn shameless about it and it seems Bungie doesn't give a rip either.
-
5 RespuestasUnpopular solution, make pinnacle pvp behind a paywall, or even pvp in general, just like most of the pve content. I wish there was a better solution, but banning doesn’t seem like it’s gonna happen.
-
PVP should require a purchased copy of the game imo. Same goes for raid and dungeon access Free to play should only give story, patrols and non nightfall strikes. Once cheaters are Identified permaban and delete the account forcing them to purchase another copy, would snuff out the cheaters nice an quick.

1 RespuestaEditado por Frosty_Style: 8/17/2020 9:57:00 PMThere’s protests happen every day of every week of every month around the world. Are they all successful ? Not all of them, whatever people are protesting over, but some are. Until the community protests over the issues surrounding Trials, Bungie will do nothing, and why should they when people are still playing this game mode. All it would take would be for an almost total boycott of Trials for Bungie to see people are not going to play until its fixed. This won’t happen though, too many people will lose too much revenue. I’m sure a lot of us have watched YT videos of Trials cheaters, creating wealth for the ‘victims’ fireteams with views and ❤️ A boycott wouldn’t mean people hate the game, quite the opposite, they love it and just want it to be better. I personally haven’t touched Trials in D2 (I’m not good enough) but dip my toes in to quick play occasionally. I hope for the rest of the community who do play Trials that Bungie get a handle on the main faults and improve the situation soon. Edit : I know you only mention pvp but I mentioned Trials as that’s where the majority of the cheating seems to lie.

Bungie: "I'll do it this afternoon!"
