Today I finished the quest that was supposed to reward me with the Secret Triumph for the Blacksmith title but it did not. I returned to Ada, spoke with her, it wouldn’t let me complete the quest. Fast travelled back, talked to her again, completed. Gave me the emblem reward, watched the cutscene, but no Triumph. Is there a fix for this?
