First... With the start of Season of Dawn we got given the new eververse engram... Well, I went to the store tab while in orbit and turned it in without ever going to the tower and talking to Tess. This seems to have made the notification for me to talk to her stay on as if something is there but there isn't and I'm the type of player who can't stand things being highlighted in my inventory or vendor notifications being on for extended periods of time. Second... Back when we could get the Wealth of the Emperor buff before maxing out the Chalice of Opulence, I accidentally bought 3 more of those consumables and then had them in my inventory when I maxed out my chalice. I tried to delete them, but it consumed them instead because there wasn't actually a way to dismantle them. Now I constantly have 2 Wealth of the Emperor buffs active at all times and no way to get rid of them.
