Obsidian crystal / Black armory rare bounty
So I'm in the part of the quest with lock and key where I need to turn in a rare bounty for an obsidian crystal. When I completed my rare bounty, I turned it in but never received an obsidian crystal. It's not in my inventory/consumables and it's not in my postmaster. Both had free spaces at the time so I don't understand what happened. Has anyone heard about this or am I the only one?
