I think we need to revert mag howl back to its former state if master of arms Isent going to change. Now I don’t believe recluse is op and should receive a nerf, I’m just using it as an example because it’s pinnacle perk contradicts the mag howl nerf. Mag howl was nerfed because it rewarded the player too greatly by hitting precision shots, something they would have naturally done anyway. This is the core of master at arms, the recluse pinnacle perk rewards you for killing guardians with any weapon, something any player would naturally do in crucible. As long as master at arms remains I believe mag howl has a legitimate argument to be reverted. Proc’d recluse has a faster TTK than mag howl I’m pretty sure too. Could Bungie please re-visit mag howl?
