And any other similar pursuit bug as well i suppose. Unless I'm missing something. Basically, I've finished this pursuit recently and got rewarded with only one shader (Crucible Lazurite), and it went straight to the postmaster (because my shader inventory was full). The other shader (Crucible Vermillion) and the emblem are still locked, as if the pursuit is still in progress. Checking other characters was fruitless (same shader at the postmaster). Restarting the game also didn't help. Googling the issue was pointless too, since most results are about how to finish it, or people complaining about lack of progress.
