Why are Titans being punished for the bad Warlock Cheese meta?
Look... lets all be honest. Rally barricade is gonna suck with no auto reload. it lasted half as long as the well and was only great for doing fast bursts of damage to the boss. but now it will be thrown in the bin with many, many, many other game mechanics made redundant or obsolete.

Because you don’t fix the problem otherwise. People would just stack rally barricades instead.
