Overflow perk needs adjusted slightly. It needs to work even if you are full on special and heavy ammo but walk over it. That way a curated roll with overflow is actually worth it. I do like my curated spare rations, but I’m full on special and heavy a lot since I have 2 armor pieces with heavy finder and 3 with special. So my overflow rarely every kicks in.
