Editado por SMARTAN 427: 1/15/2019 3:54:30 PMMIDA is still great, if you play it right. If being super aggressive with Trust and Dust Rock Blues isn't working out, I have been switching to MIDA and a good Bad Reputation SMG. The trick is to completely change your playstyle to be very passive. You can walk almost as fast as your teammates can sprint. The radar allows you to always hardscope without care, and if you stay in the right lanes for each map, all you have to be is that annoying guy that just focuses on pegging everyone from across the map. Even if you don't kill people, most of the time you will have a much easier time hurting them than they can hurt you due to the range. It is a great team support weapon. Stack it with a Precision Weapon Targeting perk on your helmet and an Unflinching Rifle Aim perk on your chest piece and this thing can become a beast. Snipers will fear you. Just make sure you have something for close range. It has helped me solo to 1596 Glory in Competitive on my way to Luna's Howl.

7 RespuestasHonestly, they should balance all weapons across the board to do the same amount of damage. This way, there can be no bs meta and people will have to rely solely on skill. Lol.

2 RespuestasEditado por Technohydra: 1/16/2019 1:46:34 PMMida itself is perfectly fine, and still extremely effective, in the right maps and lanes. What I want is a better catalyst...Outlaw on a max reload scout is so stupid.
-
Wait, the MIDA is worse? When? i can use it just as effectively as before.

1 RespuestaMida is still good, but the maps make it hard to use. In open space, like Equinox, it works well. Scout rifles, as a whole, just aren't all the usable right now.

No thanks.

6 RespuestasEditado por SnakePayne86: 1/15/2019 2:23:48 PMMida should have stayed in d1. Please stop asking for reskins and old crap giving Bungie an excuse to B uncreative and cheap. If you’re gonna ask for old stuff let it at least be a Vex Mythoclast or pocket infinity.

In destiny 1 it was op in trials i remember doing my first game of trials my teammate told me to equip mida an we'll be fine.😅
-
Yeah, it really needs a faster reload speed to be competitive...

3 RespuestasSeriously...... Mida alone was 50% of the problem with Y1 D2.

12 RespuestasThe mida was such a toxic weapon in pvp I’m happy the current meta is shotguns and hand cannons.I would rather get shot gunned warrior then get killed by a camper in the back of the map with a scout rifle.
-
In reality all your asking is to make Mida op again so that everyone and there mom uses it and then a bunch of people start bitching and moaning about it so it gets nerfed again
-
2 RespuestasAt this point, why not make everything great. Add some spice to the game! Let exotics feel "exotic". We can all use them, we all have access to EVERY weapon and super that others do. Why they always nerf stuff to the ground I will never understand. Balance you say? Well, if your weapon fires like my weapon, it does the same thing right?? Then it must be a "skill" issue!! They cant buff an individual's skill. So they nerf unnecessary until the weapons are no fun anymore. I hope they learn and adjust.
-
MIDA's fine. The problem is that there is very little content that calls for usng SRs....and Legendary heavy weapons are so bad, that no one wants to give carrying an exotic heavy weapon to carry an exotic primary.
-
Mmga just doesn’t have a good sound to it though.
-
Editado por Dark Raven 2501: 1/15/2019 2:08:06 PMFor that to happen it would have to be reworked back to the original scout rifle from D1
-
I hated mida during is reign in season 1 but.... I would gladly take it over the current meta of shotguns everywhere. At least it took some aim and skill.
-
Isn’t the # supposed to be before?
-
4 Respuestasreduce the flinch when you aim with it
-
Oh it’s still alive and kicking, got killed by it a couple times the other day. Any weapon is great and will remain great based on user experience with it. Though it works great for a lot, I myself do not use it, but that’s out of preference, not weapon itself.

1 Respuestai went up against a Mida user a few days ago and that thing still packs a punch, people just dont use it as much anymore cause the New Sniper Range- Zero Recoil Handcannons are easier to use
