Regional Chest bug.
Location: Dreaming City - Rheasilvia - Just NNW of the Lost Sector there is a Regional Chest location. When I couldn't find it I saw guides on youtube where to find the chest. I went to that exact location and the chest just isn't there. Reloading/restarting game doesn't work.
