Ordered my Moments of Triumph shirt 3 weeks ago..still hasn't come in let alone shipped.
Title says it mostly. I ordered my Destiny 2 Moments of Triumph shirt about 3 weeks ago using the discount code I redeemed from completing my Moments of Triumph in game. Since then I haven't gotten any word on where my shirt is. I received an email right after buying the shirt saying my order was confirmed but since then I haven't heard anything else. What's happening with my order?
Edit: I do have my Bungie Store order number if any Bungie help members need it.

2 RespuestasYou are aware that BNGhelp is an automated robot, right? Bungie has no support system in place. Your best bet is to contact the postal service. Also, the bungie store HQ is an empty lot.

They always take forever to ship don't worry. It should be there by October or so.
