If the secondary boss comes during a heroic event he drops 12-16 mats.

3 RespuestasMy main issue with these mats becoming important again is the fact that from looking at the above the most efficient way to farm them is simply to run around opening the caches, why bother doing a public event for 4-8 tokens when you can much more quickly open two caches. Its a shooter not a chest opening simulator. Either raise the amounts you get for other activities or lower the amount for the caches.

I think its pretty clear that infusion going forward will have to be much more intentional. A lot of people simply will not have all their gear at high power level and will have to pick and choose which pieces they want to elevate. I think that this is a GOOD thing for the game.

1 RespuestaWow grinding for planetary materials feels perfect tbh. Maybe toss more stuff like some old eververse shaders into the occasional lost sector chest or other mat sources to keep it from just being matsmatsmatsmatsmatsmats over and over again lol.

2 RespuestasCan anyone else confirm whether or not using a ghost with increased tokens for a planet does in fact give more resources? Mercury with the Sagira shell I do seem to get 8 from a chest often enough to seem like it, but I am getting more chests because a smaller area technically

5 RespuestasUm there must be some wrong info there.. Heroic Public events I always receive two stacks of 4, so that's 8 (Have not completed a normal one yet so that is maybe just 4) And I have opened alot of planet caches and only ever receive 1.

The ghosts that give you extra tokens now give you extra resources instead. Make sure you equip the respective one for the planet you’re on.

1 RespuestaMercury Heroic Adventures aren’t guaranteed 20. My 3 runs were 20, 16, and 20. Don’t know why the middle one only gave me 16, but that is exactly what happened. Also on Mercury, there are two chests that spawn when you defeat the GateLord public event on heroic. Only one chest spawns if you don’t turn it heroic. Each chest gives you 4, so a heroic public event on Mercury is 8, while a normal one is 4. Great job trying to keep a running tally of these, I’m setting my farming methods in stone as we speak, for each planet. But, it doesn’t seem to be completely fixed. There still is some randomness associated with the adventures, as Mercury heroic gave me 20, 16, then 20. I saved a video of it dropping 16 for me, at the end. Bc I though it odd to do so. Also, I’ve received as many as 6 when pulling a “material vein”. That’s the highest I’ve seen. 👍

So far stocking up on planetary materials isn't too bad of a grind. Let's just hope that the Forsaken economy works out and we don't end up farming for hours on end just to keep up with it. So far it doesn't seem to take too long to get about a hundred of anything, even without a ghost that highlights resources and chests (nightstalker with keen scout works well.) I know I'm going to have to refrain from spending all of for new gear and remind myself to save some for infusion.

6 RespuestasI did a normal adventure on titan and got 4, also why does nothing need the materials from mars, i have 100s of them, i assume its because its part of dlc.

Love the new system. Would rather get some material to use on a bunch of different stuff than a blue weapon or armor to auto dismantle.

For material veins the most I’ve seen is 6, this was after about an hour on Mercury with the Sagira shell so I didn’t miss any cause it scans 99% of the map lol.
