I completed all the required steps for content redemption (level 20, campaign complete). I received the Emote, the Legendary Sword, the Expansion Pass, the cabal themed Emblem, and the kill tracker Ghost. However the Coldheart is not available from the gunsmith. From inside the PS4Pro Console Package, there was the hard copy of Destiny 2. From inside the Destiny 2 Case, was a slip of paper that reads "Destiny 2 Digital Content Pack: Redeem code on back to access your Expansion Pass (Check, thank you), Coldheart Exotic Weapon (Nope, sad face), and Premium Digital Content (Check, thank you). On the back of slip was my code and the steps on how to receive said content, including specifically saying: "Step 7: Coldheart can be claimed from the Gunsmith after completing the Story campaing and reaching level 20." My email is [REDACTED] I would appreciate if a @Bungie representative would contact me and explain why we "Pre-Order'ers" of the PS4Pro bundle did not receive the Coldheart Exotic, and if there is a way to rectify this error. I can provide photos of my receipts, my codes and my slip that I got with my Destiny 2 hard copy. Thanks in advance, K.C.S.
