Sometimes the cooldowns come fill up and stay a grey color. When coming back to life your super bar flashes yellow, which is confusing since it isn't full 80% of the time. Also, who in the world do I have to talk to about this Deadshot perk on Way of the Outlaw? This used to be Bombs for Bulleyes and I think it'd be better to have BFB, but we've had a response highlighting this is an older build than was shared at E3 or the reveal. So is this perk a replacement or has it been replaced? People have been too upset about a perfectly good Hunter ability that I, for one, LOVE that we can't even get anyone to try to figure this information out.
