What if Bungie just limit amount of special rounds per match (like heavies, but not in to the middle of match)? Give us at start non-vanishing 8-12 rounds or 2 clips for snipes, shottys and fusions and 27-44 rounds or 3 clips for sidearms. This will be enough to weapons designed to be special in special circumstances (not to constant replacement of primaries).
