Listen, I'm as anti-modern-BNG as it gets. They are a dishonest company, filled with employees who clearly don't even play their own game. They cater to casuals, and have thus removed all sense of reward and challenge from this game. They base all their sandbox decisions on PvP. They clearly hate fun. But this post is just the same pointless outcry that I've seen dozens of times already. You can say that year 1 (and IMO, the first half of year 2) were amaze-balls and the greatest era ever. You can say how much you wanna go back to that. You can say whatever you want about it. But, there comes a point you have to admit it's pointless. BNG have said that this is the last update we will see in D1, so why cry out for a return to Y1? You know it won't happen. Do something worth the thumb pain. Hell, just make another post calling BNG out on all the lies they've fed us throughout the years. Maybe BNG will see it and decide "ya know what? It's not right to tell our players one thing than do another. Let's stop doing things we say we won't do, and let's start doing things we say we will do".
