I found an error in your post. You said Sound and Fury and IF Materia dropped from Siege Engine. I have yet to encounter one of these weapons after many completions and many caches. I find this post to be a fake

Seems like a waste of time typing all of that for something we have known for the past 2 months/1 month for each respective difficulty. Also, there are other sources around the web (and have been for some time) that have people covered when it comes to prioritizing on what and where to look for something specifically. To add to that, people can simply ask there and then during the Raid and are pretty much greeted by an answer almost immediately.
