https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LaiJJA846gE Let me start this off by saying, NO, YOU DO NOT NEED TO PLAY THE LOTTERY AND GET OMNIGUL ON THE HEROIC STRIKE LIST. You don't need no stupid skeleton keys, no heroic strikes, no legendary or exotic engrams, you just need a fireteam and wait for it....the WILL to level. Get it? Will? I'll show myself out. You do not need to get obliterated into Destiny 2 via arc burn wizards. Simply launch the Will of Crota strike from the directory and put on the Light level 320 version of the strike. I don't mention this as "heroic" because i don't want people to be confused and automatically assume you need to get omnigul in a heroic strike playlist. As you can see in the video, there are no modifers on, signaling that it is indeed the regular version of the strike from the directory. But the key point here is, you can continously farm omnigul for 2-3 decrypted blues and they will come out at your current light level or higher. Omnigul even drops ghost shells which are elusive outside of 350 light that vendors sell. Here you can get them at 365 light and easily at that. As you can see in the video, you can do the farm with the standard tether setup or you can go ahead and be the slayer of the hive race and just rock triple stromcaller and just tickle omnigul to death. Things that i would recommend for the grind are -A nightstalker for tether (optional, not manditory but very helpful) -Raze lighter exotic sword or a Gjallarhorn -a mob cleaner if you have no tether (this involves gjallarhorn, too) -TONS AND TONS OF INVENTORY SPACE -- Can't be stressed enough -A moderate amount of legendary marks, motes of light and exotic shards. Why? Because while you can wear the blues that you get from omnigul, you'll still need to wear certain things like a sword, gjallarhorn, or a specific armor exotic and eventually they'll need to be leveled up to increase your overall light level. Kill omnigul before she teleports to her spawn point and make sure to wipe AWAY from the top of the garage, Rinse and repeat until you are on the cusp of 365 light and then go pray for a high level artifact from one of your billions of blue engrams to complete your 365 light set.
