How to acquire your very own Year Three Ballerhorn.

I got this gun pretty quickly tbh, still as beastly as it once was. The steps that I took were beating the main story, completing an anomaly for Shiro-4 along with finishing his entire questline, then Saladin presented me with the option to forge it.
When granted the quest, you must first collect several Iron Medallions scattered around the Plaguelands and one on Felwinter's Peak. I used a high range sniper to pick out the symbol for it, it looks eaxctly like the triangle-shaped patrol symbol.
From there I followed the rest of the questline, going to Bannerfall and finishing that mission by defusing two large bombs.
After that, I had to gather 5 Dormant SIVA Clusters. (Already had 3, used YouTube to find two random ones.)
Finally, I had to go to Skyshock to forge the weapon and boom, back to raining death Year One style. Hope this helped.
Edit: The quest's name is Beauty in Destruction, for those who do not know. I've also noticed that many people don't seem to know how to locate the Anomaly.
In order to find the Anomaly, first get the quest for it from Shiro-4. If he does not present you with the quest, go through his questline until you get it. From there, head to Archon's Keep and look for a Patrol beacon with a Ghost-shaped symbol. Once you have it, follow the patrol instructions until you locate a Fallen Walker along with an Iron Battleaxe. Lay waste to the Walker and scan the environment and you should be rewarded with the Ballerhorn quest.

The mission on bannerfall was so damn fun, so intense and a nice wee challenge when solo, Roi is impressive so far for sure.

1 RespuestaI got DC-ed in the middle of killing the walker, and when I logged back in, the quest says "Complete Anomaly Scan patrol near Archon's Keep" but the patrol won't reappear. I can spend a key to get to the walker again, but killing it is pointless as I can't scan anything since the patrol isn't active. Whenever I pull up my ghost to look at tracked items, the quest is greyed out as if I have completed the patrol, but I cannot move forward in the questline. Any ideas how to fix this? Or will I just have to abandon it and pick it back up from the beginning?
