I have all 5 buffs on only 1 of my characters, my Hunter, & a few hours ago while doing Heroic Strikes, I noticed that one or more of the buffs are having negative effects on this particular character. Mainly, once I was damaged by any enemies, my shields wouldn't recharge at all. Happened to me every single strike, no matter which strike it was. This didn't happen to either of my other characters that don't have all 5 buffs. Unless the modifiers were changed for Heroic strikes, its definitely just affecting my 1 character with all 5 buffs. Curious if anyone else is experiencing the same thing, or experiencing other stuff?
