Requirements not met
I preordered Rise of Iron a few weeks ago on Xbox One. This may have been some kind of short term glitch/accident as the next day my friend couldn't order it and it said "out of stock".
On the Xbox store it says "You own this product" and "The product is installed".
However, in the Director if I try to watch the prelude trailer, it says "Requirements not met."
If I try to buy the DLC from the Director, it says "You already own Rise of Iron".
I just installed the 12/13 GB update tonight so I doubt uninstalling and reinstalling will help.
What can I do to fix this? Please help.

Select earth as destination, on the right side of the screen should be plaguelands and felwinter peek. If so you're good, just wait till 5am

My friend can watch it just fine. However I can't. He's gamesharing the dlc with me, so I think it's just certain accounts can watch, but others are bugged.

i got destiny the collection upgrade and after the update the icon in the directory wasn't yellow like everyone else's, it was hollowed out like the ttk's icon is atm. nor did any "requirements not met" shown for me. i was able to press A and watch it just fine. ( xbox 1 version, either i was extremely lucky or did something right by pre downloading roi & the pre order bonuses...idk,none of my friends icon were hollowed out like mine nor could they press A to play the prelude.)
