Ok so today something called Owl Sector started taking over this game as an arg. Since then we as a community have been searching everywhere for what Owl Sector could be. I started looking through the grimoire for anything that mentions owls but couldnt find anything. But in Rasputin 5, a subroutine called " Loki Crown" is mentioned. In the subroutine, it mentions how if people are under a serious threat, Rasputin will start a "noetic release". Noetic is defined as "relating to mental activity or intellect". Of course the 5 new boons guardians are finding in the game(brilliance, splendor, magnificence, glory and fortitude), are all states of the mind and intellect. Now back to the name Loki Crown. Bungie is kinda known for their creative naming, and with Rise Of Iron having a Norse feel to it, the Norse god Loki might be involved. According to Norse mythology, Loki was a mischevious deity that could turn himself into a bird( sometimes falcon sometimes owl, like owl sector.). So Loki is both an owl and a god that likes starting messes, i.e, having a whole community search for some arg. This is pretty loosely based speculation, but I think Rasputin sensed humanity is in danger and started that "noetic release" to warn us of an up and coming threat. Maybe SIVA?
