Triple wreck did a nice video showing the effect of phantom bullets on the game. I believe Bloom and phantom bullets need to be removed completely from the game. Destiny used to have the best gunplay I had ever used on a console now with the Bloom on some weapons types it randomly feels like a piece of sh1t. I honestly thought it would have been fixed with ROI as no one likes it and I had seen countless post about how it should be removed. If anyone loses a gun fight it should be because of skill not because a bullet didn't go where you aimed it. Remove bloom/phantom all they do is tarnishes the beautiful gameplay destiny has.
