Wtf has been done to shotguns?
Before I get anyone saying get good or shotguns are op trust me I know how shotguns work in this game I know how to use them well.
But over the last while I've noticed a difference in them in the way they perform. I Dono if it's something to do with bungie getting ready for the new update or if it's something on my end connection wise but recently I've felt like shotguns aren't doing their job it feels like they've been nerfed again. Players taking 2 shots to die and sometimes living through 2 shots even at distances where one shot should've done the job. Sometimes it feels like phantom shotty shots like last word when you KNOW you're hitting but either no damage or a tiny fraction of the damage expected and deserved comes out of it.
Is it just me or has anybody else noticed this?

After Bungie's nerf to shotguns, it shot like a full auto Felwinter's with horrid range. Then when they nerfed the perks for all weapons, it became what it is now: [quote][/quote] A weapon that, while fun, is beaten in everyway. Even beaten by rares with decent perks.

Lets Put it this way, if shotguns have been nerfed then how do people get one it kills from 20 feet away ? or cheating doesn't exist right?

ill tell ya what I believe And I say this all the time, I think no one likes getting shot or slap directly in the face, yet a sniper shot is some how COOL and Montage worthy. See we can take tyrannical dictators and leaders casting the ill ilk of rule from a distance, but if they come to your house, preaching the same ... you will not like them people love to stay out of battle and play the safest way with the most effective OHK killer they can .. Bungie encourages its as well. So many whiners about people taking money out they pocket when they the ones standing wide out there t get bucked....but let a sniper do it, then " OH it just take skill and that's what snipers are for " but my opinion is if I close the gap, land the shot ...you should be dead ..nothing otherwise

Yeah I get that all the time. Sometimes I'm shooting then point blank and they're taking 2 shots. Other times I'm shooting them from a couple of meters away and one shotting them.

1 RespuestaIt's probably just lag, but i've noticed a variation of this lately as well. Not so much with shotguns, as with fusions. Like i'll drop a guy from some obscene range in one charge, and then i'll leave a guy with a sliver of health left who's standing two feet away from me. It [i]seems[/i] like it's random, but like i said it's probably just lag.
