Bungie has made it clear they dont want classes having too high of a KD, yet we see that defender is just as low KD wise as hunters were high.

9 RespuestasThey don't need a buff but exotics have been a way to change characters without touching their actual skills. Defenders can use some exotics to make things more interesting moving into new content. An exotic that allows the bubble to be collapsed for void damage only so long as the defender is inside will speed up the Super kills bounties and void kills bounties. Exotic name "All or Nothing". Exotic perk: "All..." Outside of that which is mostly pve utility, there's very little content in all of Destiny that I don't think Defenders excel at.

1 RespuestaI love playing defender, they get underestimated if played with skill. Also, I usually take advantage of my teammates always using snipers. I place it where the other team can't see it and where my teammates usually run to. Our score goes up immensely because of strategic placement. I recommend others to try this out. Suppressing other supers with grenades is a major plus as well.

2 RespuestasDefender is lowest because of the nature of it, it doesn't grant free kills. If bungie was doing things properly supers with high damage output would ask for some effort from players just the same. They don't however, and even then the graph shows that they are not in fact as high in k/d as defenders are low anyway. Defender doesn't need a buff, supers need readjusted to come down to the level of defender. In that they rely more on player skill to be successful with. Not just rooty tooty point and shooty.

7 Respuestas#DefendersAreGreat I love defender, using it almost exclusively on my Titan and I can safely say that they are perfectly balanced. They need no buffs, you just need to get better with them. A buff would make them OP and then get them nerfed into the ground. Leave them be.

1 RespuestaBubble is useful in the Raid, otherwise it's a complete pain in the arse to play with in PvE and PvP unless you purposely distance yourself from the bubbler (kind of ruins teamwork). PvP. Shooting down a hallway; ranged engagement, snag one or two, taking a bit of flack yourself. Bit of straffage and grenade exchange. Bubble enthusiast sees engagement, runs past you and bubbles! 'Twat!' etc. PvE: Omnigul Nighfall. Using Bad Juju to get super going. Lots of thralls: sweet, come to Mommy! Wtf! Why is my screen purple and these thralls not dying. 'Twat!' etc. Just an actual pain in the bubble! I'm declaring my 'frustration' here, and you know what that means....

With illuminated and blessing of light, you carry around a portable shield that will protect you from a 1kys headshot. Armor of light (my favourite) is brilliant for countering supers. Weapons of light, one shotting everyone with a body shot with 1kys With no backup plans and universal remote, you are practically unstoppable. They have a grenade that suppresses all abilities. However, what I feel should be buffed, is how much damage it can resist, after all, it IS supposed to be [b]unbreakable[/b]. Also it would be great if the bubble stayed after you died maybe? It would be great knowing that while you died, you are still [b]supporting[/b] your team. #BUFFDEFENDERS

My ideas for buff: Super for super - make defender bubble CANCEL foh or nova bomb without killing the titan inside. Its only fair tbh. Pop my bubble but dont kill me too in the process. Opague bubble - make bubble see through from inside BUT opague when looking from outside. Going inside a bubble should feel challenging and unknown not just sliding in and shotgunning the titan to death. Healer - bubble should instantly heal anyone that goes inside. Im not talking about blessing of light but instant shield regen or health regen when not running blessing
