I run peregrine greaves just to shoulder charge blade dancers

I can only see this working with a striker class redesign. Move shoulder charge to the melee slot, remove amplify (doesnt do shit even with the buff) and remove the running charge time. In the super column, move after shocks to where shoulder charge was, and in its place add a new perk, preferably something like "when FoH activates, initial radius is decreased, but you gain X more smashes in a limited time" Otherwise, the perk breaks. Its a very high risk high reward kind of ability. You have to be in such close range that you can be insta gibbed by shotguns and the like, but in return, you can insta gib anyone you make contact with.

They would have to make work like the Gunslingers Throwing Knife. Within melee range the Titan punches but outside of their melee range they use shoulder charge. No more sprinting in order get the charge, but imo this would kill the mobility factor because my version would have it consume a melee charge without having to kill. Imo just leave shoulder charge alone, higher skill strikers use it for mobility, lower skill strikers use it as their primary form of killing.

I main a striker and couldn't care less what they do with it. I love running unstoppable too much.

Because that means it would require a double charge to kill, melee energy and sprint charge. That doesn't exactly sound fair.

I'd agree to this idea if the 'recovery' at the end of the animation was removed. That way it wouldn't kill an opponent, but would be a great opener to a close quarters firefight.

First off the damage decrease is a no. Sure we can use it to run away but its meant to be a powerful melee. If it doesnt kill then why bother using it besides mobility. See when using a normal melee you can do a bit of damage with a gun then melee. Also just a plain melee attack requires two punches to kill. Shoulder charge you have to stay sprinting and hit a target. If in the same scenario(sorry for spelling) but with a damage buff, if a target has enough health they wouldn't die. This could allow the titan to take damage when sprinting not being able to fight back and having to melee again which could lead to a person getting a melee off or shotgun leading to death. No need for a damage nerf the melee charge thing is fine.

Because Bungo isn't smart enough to change to that. I wouldnt mind. They'd prolly have to "rework" the entire subclass to make it happen.
