Xbox live banned me
Ok so the ban fair enough... But wait till you hear this part
Anything you bought from Xbox Digitally gets automatically forfeited with a live ban aka all your purchases are no longer valid you loose them all....
You teabag me I say my mind to you and this is what I get having to repurchase taken king again and Xbox live gold all because I got a lot of reports for fighting back.
However I still don't see how you can justify taking all your purchases away if they was digital?

You my friend must have some real internal issues (rage or something) to go above and beyond and let your behavior get you banned. It's good you admit you deserved the initial ban. Losing your downloaded games seems harsh, but I bet if you went around acting and talking like you do online you would probably get fired , beat up , arrested so I think it's good not everyone can hide behind a digital console barrier. This is real advice do some soul searching , how we act when anonymous tells a lot about our integrity and character. I'm not saying you're a bad person, but it appears you have bad actions and looking into yourself to see what triggers these actions and reactions can really improve your life. And have a good day (not sarcastic, but serious). And another last piece of annoying advice use this experience to learn. This comes from a drug addict that fuked up a marriage had my medical license on probation for five years and let's just say royally screwed up everything!! But I've spent the last 6 yrs looking into myself and my life is really good now! And if I had not gotten in trouble I would not have changed.

3 RespuestasSorry but you won't get any sympathy from me. Two lessons to learn here 1. Don't rage on teabagers. You really only have yourself to blame for this. As a streamer, your gonna run into those idiots who will try to get under your skin, and apparently they did. You just should've left it alone. 2. Don't buy everything Digitally. You just found out the hard way why. PSN has the same thing as Xbox for perma bans I think. Personally, I dislike streamers, but you were one I could tolerate, and watch an informative video every so often. Sorry this has happened to you, but you did bring it on yourself. Just learn from your mistake, and good luck guardian.

Even if you deserved the ban, taking purchases back just isn't okay. If you paid for it, it should be yours. 4 RespuestasWell when you buy digitally you dont own the game, you own a licence to play the game and in the fine print it even says can be revoked at any time. Hopefully you learn your lesson and not brake the rules anymore

There really should be more legislative restrictions on what terms can be placed into an agreement that is not bargained for, but being that these companies have billions to spend on lawyers and lobbyists that won't happen. Sorry for the mini-rant; I will now return to my normal happy self.

Well yeah you lost your purchase s. They were bought and stored as part of the xbox live services and subject to the terms and conditions. There is probably something about it in there. Always read the small print before you sign up

When you buy a digital game you're only paying for the license. Part of the terms of service states they can revoke those licenses.

Make it your home xbox and you will be able to play it. Stop sharing games, this is what happens when you can't get on line and you have given your rights to the games to your friends. It's a simple fix.

You probably just can't access the digital content until the ban is up. It's not taken away from you. The ban is generally just for communications on the first offense. If you get banned again and it's an account wide ban I still don't think your purchases are removed you are just unable to use them until you're unbanned.

It's totally fair. Microsoft has it written in plane black text whenever you create a new Xbox account. They hold all rights to anything that you may have on your account and can issue punishment that they deem worthy for your actions. Also, you wouldn't be banned for vulgar language as a first offence. Once again, if you view their terms and policies, they [b]typically[/b] issue bans in terms of days, weeks, months, then perma-bans; the fact that you claim to have been banned after 1 message is either a load of crap, or you must have SERIOUSLY jumped the gun after drinking. In all seriousness, don't just click boxes so you can get to playing next time. They have those for a reason. Good day.

Xbox live doesn't own the games get sell digitally, they're essentially leasing the space to the developer to sell their Game... So you've bought destiny off bungie, bungie owned it and now it is yours, xbox has no rights to it... They've stolen from you. That's illegal. Do something about it.
