BUNGIE ITS SIMPLE CONNECTION BASED MATCHMAKING. NONE OF THUS BLENDED BULLSHIT. JUST SWITCH IT BACK AND STOP MESSING WITH IT ITS WHAT THE WHOLE COMMUNITY WANTS!
I shouldn't go into my first match of the day where the average k/d was 2.5. Mind I'm sitting on about a 1.4. So you guys can't even do SBMM right. I'm ranting I know, but I just needed to let that out.

2 RespuestasAll I'm getting is this: Enemies: 1.2 on average = 3.6 total Me: 2~ (means the total of 2 other teammates have to be 1.6) So Bungie logic: let's match him up with 2 players with a 0.8 so that it's both a 1.2 k/d on average, so that the lower players are still getting their asses kicked and the higher players still have to carry them.
-
15 RespuestasBungie has explicitly said the objective of SBMM is to produce a 50% win and 50% lose experience. They are attempting to make each match predetermined; that's manipulation. Only people with no self esteem and integrity are fine with being manipulated.

13 RespuestasAs an avid, and rather skilled, Crucible player, I welcome the SBMM. It gives me a good feeling knowing I just beat someone that is most likely on the same level as I am, instead of feeling bad I just stomped less skilled players. I get the whole lag thing, but that has personally only been once in a while on my part. I also get the "I just want to have fun" thing. To that I say, add separate Ranked/Unranked playlists.
I could just be an asshole though and tell you to git gud and get over it.

lmao
One word: damage referee
bungie logic
1 RespuestaFor the love of god bungie ....just do it. Ranked with sbmm / Unranked without.
-
Actually most of the community likes sbmm and the problem you're having is because it's not dominant in the match making.
-
They should just boot anyone that red bars. Nothing worse than getting head shots, close range shotguns to the face, or melee when enemies have no health, and nothing registers. Or how about just giving us the option to vote people out of the game. Everyone hates to see that player at the top while they're still red barring. You can only use so much skill to work around that lag. We don't need dedicated servers. We need connectivity police. And stop using WiFi!!! Ok I'm done :)
-
23 RespuestasFortunately its more weighted towards connection not skill. They have said this. The lag you experience is because of peer 2 peer connection and will NEVER go away until there is a dedicated server. That is what you should be asking for if you actually want it to get better
-
They will tell u that they done this or did that but what they really done
not a fkn thing
Officially done with crucible except maybe...mayybe IB. I cannot enjoy this shite any longer.

Try to put a game on and chill. Nah, not haopening haha.

21 RespuestasWhaaa!!! I cannot pub stomp easy.. I cannot stat pad easy.. I cannot get easy kills and wins anymore.. not fun.. give me back my easy game mode. that is all this says.

3 RespuestasAnybody else find it funny that the OP is stating his hatred for SBMM while also complaining that he is getting paired with people much better than he is? I actually wanted SBMM. I wanted to be able to play against people in my skill range so that I can continue to get better. However, I didn't anticipate the following: 1) The lag. I knew it would increase latency but I had no idea how bad it was going to be. 2) The long wait times. Again, I figured this would be affected but didn't realize how much worse it would get. 3) That it wouldn't be optional. Yes, I want to be able to just stomp on people from time to time. When you've put in the time to get better at something, you've earned the ability to have an easier time against those who haven't. I also miss being able to use whatever weapon I wanted and still have fun due to being better than almost everyone in the lobby. Would I want to do that day in and day out? No, of course not (if I did, I wouldn't have wanted SBMM in the first place) but it would be nice to be able to have a relaxing time playing PvP some times. 4) That primaries would get turned into garbage. Because primaries are so much weaker than they used to be, matches have turned into hardscoping campfests in higher-end lobbies. Playing in average lobbies is so much more fun not because I am better than they are but because of the way people play. 5) That they wouldn't actually support the change via leadboards and rewards. I didn't expect Bungie to do something as bush-league as sneak it into the game as if nobody would notice. I am hoping they do SBMM right in Destiny 2 but Bungie's incompetence simply cannot be underestimated at this point.
-
Err... Yeah. Because year 1 never had lag. Dedicated servers are the solution, not making the PvP unplayable for the majority for the sake of an elite few.
-
No sbmm is very smart Problem is that it doesn't work with the unbalanced laggy game that is destiny

1 RespuestaI REALLY REALLY hate people.

64 RespuestasOk let's look at that 1st match of the day. You went 7 kills 20 deaths and you have a 1.32 kd Now if we look at the other players we will see.. Number 1 has a 1.47 kd Number 2 has a 1.11 kd Number 3 has a 1.18 kd Yes sbmm was the problem? (Also can't find the 2.5 kd player) sometimes we blame the wrong thing :)
-
6 RespuestasWhat, can't stand a little bit of a challenge.
-
I'm personally for some SBMM, but not at the complete expense of connection. There's a reasonably simple solution to this however. Bungie can clearly monitor your connection status. They just need to implement a minimum connection requirement to access the crucible. "We're sorry, but your network connection is not fast enough to participate in the Crucible at this time. For help resolving this issue please visit http://www.bungie.net/mcdonaldsinternet" Done!

Editado por Mr Fats: 5/17/2016 3:46:32 PMI Personally couldnt give a rats ar... about SBMM, I just want to join a game where 3 out of the 6 enemy players are not red bars! PS: first game of the day today... 4 red bars, 1 amber 1 green Needless to say I got wrecked... it was like playing against a bunch of taken thralls... teleporting all over the place. Funny enough as soon as I find a proper team with green bars I do ok... but, at least, 1 out of 5 games is like this... and then people wonder why some leave half way through the match... I agree sometimes I just want to go try out a new weapon I just got but I will end up going against a full team of sweaty try hards running universal remote, god roll snipers, and voidfang sun singers. I have to switch my loadout to try and break even.
-
My earballs! Please stop shouting!
-
I think SBMM is a horrible idea and the way they putted it in is really dumb. I did 3 matches with a friend who doesnt have a high kd and me with a 2,4 kd and we get matched against teams of 2.4 kd even though i just wanna have fun and goof around. I need to play ultra sweaty for no rewards. Whats the point of playing sweaty if you wanna play for fun. Bungie fix your game because its losing players and its pretty much dead right now.
-
Will people stop saying "what the whole community wants" just because you want it, look below the "whole community" does not agree. And sweaty is an attitude you can change its just the players perception. But I respect a good rant to let it out if you, qualify as a rant.
