Second Batch of Melee Fixes are Live
Yesterday we turned on the [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Post/203691077?sort=0&page=0]first batch of melee fixes[/url]. Those were the safer fixes. After monitoring the feedback for the last 24 hours, we are comfortable leaving them on and moving along to the riskier fixes. We're about to turn on the second batch of fixes and things could get weird. We will be monitoring your feedback in the comments below as well as the Feedback forum, just use the tag [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Topics?pNumber=0&tSort=Default&tType=None&tg=maymelee]#MayMelee[/url]. #MayMelee is BS. I have missed more shoulder charges & punches since the manual flip of the switch, than I have in the 14 months playing Destiny. SBMM is hot garbage as well, sweatfests & red bars (displaying as green). if the enemies skip across the screen with a green bar they get reported as bad connection/cheaters. it may not be the gamers fault but something is wrong with the bandwidth to destiny to the gamers.

I feel like you guys are no longer trying. The amount of failure that has been coming out reciently is pretty sad. I do love destiny, don't get me wrong, but the community input into your games has been taken out of your games. Go back to how the community was way back during the prime years of halo, with a lot of input from very devoted fans. Btw this patch sucks.

1 RespuestaEveryone's told you what they think, about how crucible is so broken and you've remained silent. Is it such a big foul up that there is no hope in sight? Was this really just testing for Destiny 2? Can you just agree that crucible is no longer competitive at the moment and relies on the gamer's luck to find a lag free match or not get back stabbed by a hunter that's directly in front? I had to tell my wife that I'm done with Trials tonight. It used to be a tremendous amount of fun and now it's just robbery. Bungiee never returns our wins to our card. The Damage referee hasn't been imposed in any of the matches I've been a part of. People bounce from 5.0 kd to .43 kd in consecutive crucible matches and still, you and your company remain silent. As if to pretend that if you don't acknowledge it publicly that we won't notice. It sucks that you say nothing.

I don't think the melee "fix" fixed anything. Before the patch my melee hit about what I would expect. Maybe 15-20% (rough guess) of my melee (punch or shoulder charge) would fail to register when it was clear they connected. Last night in crucible it seemed that the majority failed to connect. Titans already have t-Rex arms and the shoulder charge is a mixed bag and suicidal for the most part. It would be nice if the hits that connect do register.

5 RespuestasI have seen better performance with hand to hand attacks, including striker shoulder charges, after this upgrade. I have not seen any degradation in performance in other areas or any worse connectivity issues. To the people using this post to vent your frustrations, legit or not, about other things, you're accomplishing nothing. I see so many people who rail about Bungie not listening. Sometimes people have valid points but more often then not the signal to noise ratio in your content renders your communication irrelevant. If you're not saying anything meaningful, or you're not on topic, of course no ones going to listen. It's also hysterical how people think that if you say something and Deej or Cosmo don't reply, they're not doing their job. Responding to every post isn't practical. I see so many changes that come about based on user feedback that I can't help but wonder what the hell you people are talking about when it comes to all this thunderous whining about Bungie being irresponsive. Does it happen overnight? No. And I realize all you me me me internet kids don't acknowledge anything less than instant gratification. But you know what? Tough titties. That's not real life.

1 RespuestaI am currently clearing the cache on my 360 because restarting Destiny and the Xbox won't allow the tower to load. Tried it several times and will now see if clearing the cache will work. Also have been having issues since the April update when the game will not load any planets for me to select at times. Have to completely restart Destiny to get the planets back in the map. Happens at least once a day to day and a half. Can we find the cause of this issue, please.

As a gunslinger I know feel that if I'm in storm caller melee range I will now melee ( no lung but the basic melee ) instead of throwing my knife.
