How about weekly vanguard bounties?
Do 20 patrol missions
Complete 10 heroic strikes
Kill 200 taken
Something along those lines. It would reward the solo pve players that are neglected

3 RespuestasWhat would be nice is a return of the vanguard mentor missives. Kinda wish they'd drop some new ones in again at some point. That, and faction bounties, as others have mentioned, would be awesome.

I definitely want more difficult bounties. Hell, I'd take the Y1 bounties back over these Y2 Bounties that are about as difficult as having to kill a Level 1 Dreg with a 335 QBB. At least back then, the Patrol bounty actually meant you HAD to do missions, not float around killing the very easily killed enemies for 3 minutes tops!

7 RespuestasWe can currently obtain 6 PvE weekly bounties per week - 3 from Petra and 3 from Variks. Unfortunately Petra's bounties only give queens rep which is basically useless at the moment. At least Variks gives us PoE rep which can give some good weapons. However I totally get the desire for more sources of Vanguard rep, especially as the Vanguard bounties at the moment are somewhat trash. They aren't challenging, they don't give much rep, and they get completed almost as an accident most weeks. I think an additional bounty set, from the Vanguard directly would be a great way to focus play into specific story missions or strikes on heroic difficulty. The harder the bounties, the better. It would almost provide mini PvE challenge modes. "Defeat 3 Taken Zealots without dying" "Complete 3 Heroic Strikes without dying" "Achieve gold rating on public events on 3 different days this week" "make 300 headshots" So on...

The word 'solo' seems to have gotten lost/forgotten in most ppl's replies.. conveniently... why not give lone wolves some equivalent of weekly pvp stuff, i think playing alone is bad break but ppl either through choice or reason have too.. no harm IF it's not too easy for any (rng willing) rewards.

3 RespuestasNightfall is the pve version of the weekly crucible bounties. The pve rewards are balanced with pvp. Raid I would say balance trials and iron banner Strikes are regular crucible Nightfall is weekly bounties. Simple as that.
