We've all been there, someone says "I can run relic" then right after they pick it up you hear "guardian down". All 3 raids have their own relics to use and all 3 require using them in different ways. So which in your opinion was the hardest to use or required the most skill to be successful with?
Was it running relic in VoG and being the one that was responsible for keeping your team alive with it's cleansing and shielding ability?
Was it running relic in CE and being the only one that could inflict any damage to Crota?
Was it running relic in King's Fall and having to make a series of precise jumps just to get it?
They all have their moments, curious to see which one is viewed as taking the most skill to use or get.

-
They're all easy.
-
VoG is the easiest one...
-
1 RespuestaRelic was so much fun in VoG
-
Swords in Crotas End should be top lol, vog relic was more fun than a chore.
-
Hey you. Yeah you. Like that name. Running the sword in Crota relied more on your teammates keeping those F'n boomers off your ass. As long as you have good timing, get your hits on Crota and get back to center, it all goes pretty easy. Assuming lag doesn't fuck you over. With VoG, it's a different feel and responsibility. Because you're the one protecting the team, cleansing and taking the Templar's shields down, there's definitely more to do. So for those reasons, I'd say VoG is more difficult.
-
Every ones nostalgia is clicking on vog. Everyone knows less people knew how to use the sword.
-
I think VoG is just a bandwagon at this point
-
Soloing templar(last man standing clutch ftw) > soloing crota Fact
-
3 RespuestasTemplar on hard. Running the relic while killing oracles and blocking teleports was waaaay harder than sword running on CE.
-
1 RespuestaHunters shined in crotas end.. im pretty sure everyone can agree that sword bearer was the most difficult. Kingsfall relics are cake and so are atheons.. i love doing relic in vog.
-
Crota took the most skill by far. Mostly as no one could help, it was all down to you, timing, watching dps and that bit of luck that Crota would behave. A good team certainly helped to distract boomers and take down Ogres if needed.
-
3 RespuestasVoG was easy, sword bearer was harder for sure
-
I was good at sword bearer I do agree that VoG took the most skill
-
Yep hunters carried there grpz to victory

1 RespuestaI really think people just pick vog for every poll, even the year 2's that never played it. The relic on vog was literally the easiest part of any raid in this game.
-
Let's see. Aegis: You had many responsibilities. You had to (depending on the checkpoint and strategy of course) bring down Templar's shield, cleanse your team, smash Oracles, protect your team from enemy weapons. Sword: Hit Crota. This took a lot of skill to pull off. You have to keep track of Crota's shield's health and DPS rate so you could judge when to jump. You had to have the timing perfect. Jump too early and you die. Jump too late and you miss a lot of damage. Leave too late and you die. KF Relic: Jump down from the platform either to slam on a Daughter of Oryx or the Vessel of Oryx. Then head to your team's meeting place. For Daughters, just shoot the Daughter. During Oryx, just shoot Oryx. (Torn Between Dimensions is not the relic. You become torn and grab the relic after the parkour). Aegis is the most difficult in my opinion.

Running the relic at Templar was so fun. Blinking around with it was so cool back in the day.

I love running VoG relic. I usually let others run it because I'm lazy, but occasionally you'll find a group and they've either never done VoG before or they don't know how to run relic so I'll volunteer. Poll says VoG took the most skill to run relic yet, funny enough, I never learned how to run sword in Crota. And every time I tried, my group seemed to lack the ability to down Crota and have a boomer distraction at the same time...
-
Most fun is VoG relic. I always wanna run relic in that raid. Crota I was always too worried about letting the team down so let others do it, I would rate it as the hardest to do because of timing it right and the high risk of death. I like running KF relic in Sisters but at Oryx I'm usually a bit to slow at the jumping part (fine in normal but gets a bit tricky in hard), though it is fun.

I always ran relics on every raid except Crota. The Aegis Shield was my favorite to use, I always ran it and I really liked how unique it was. I tried Crota's End, but being a warlock, for some reason I couldn't slam as fast as the other classes. Then with King's Fall all it is, is a simple jumping puzzle.
-
Lol, the people who voted VOG probably has never killed Crota in 1 sword run. That took skills
-
1 RespuestaAnyone who says sword or kings fall never carried the team with the relic in Vog. You could be the only one in the bottom of the templars well, take shield off, kill adds, stop teleporting. Then in the atheon fight you clear ads, kill oracles with super and cleanse teammates.

1 RespuestaVOG, especially before they fixed hit detection on minotaurs
