I don't think any part of the April Update should be free.
Title.
Bungie has been working tirelessly on giving us something meaningful since the release of TTK.
We as a community have nothing in return, no appreciation, no nothing.
Face it, this community is extremely toxic.
And we [b][i][u]still[/u][/i][/b] complain about this update they are giving us; not because they have to, but because they want to. It's FREE.
Which brings me to this. I don't think it should be free. I think they should charge at least $14.99 for this update. Only the true fans would buy it, making all of the other complainers leave; or realistically, stay on the forums and whine and complain while they brag about how other games are better.
Another thing. There's a taken shader. A TAKEN SHADER. If the update is free, that means everyone's gonna have it!
That's my reasoning. Discuss your thoughts below.

When some of your favorite games get huge updates in the App Store (aka when you're on a smartphone) Do you have to pay for them? No. Do the developers work hard in creating this? Obviously. It's what they get paid for.

It's not like we payed $40 for TTK only to be pretty much done with all of its content by December, and then even bought some emotes, and then had to hear and/or read about lack of content. It's all good. :D

Half of the content is this update is stuff they were claiming was going to be in the taken king from the beginning as it sits this "free" update is simply a start at patching up some of the promises they made but never followed through with from the beginning of the game
