The magazine is stuck at 7 bullets and cannot be increased. The damage bonuses can also stack and the lucky bullets can stack. You could potentially have all three bullets and the precision damage boost stack.

Pulse rifle that heals and speeds up stats with each kill with the added speed of the Necrochasm and its Thrall explosion effect.

Patience and 4th herebreaker. Combo of patience and time, 4th horseman, hereafter, ice breaker... Go invisible after aiming down sights, a sniper with full auto and maxed stability so your reticle barely moves. Every hit reloads a bullet into the magazine. A precision kill with the final bullet in the gun gives the gun full ammo automatically. Yeah, I just used my 12 year old imagination. And I'm 26. It's cool. Try it.
