What do you miss most about Year 1 Destiny?
Currently, I miss rerolling weapons a lot. I don't often get good rolls right off a weapon drop; for instance the times I got an Ash Factory and the IB Sniper (whatever its name is) had shit perks. :(
Although, after hearing responses--I have changed my mind, I miss Vanilla Destiny the most. The excitement and goal of leveling and gathering various equipment won't be forgotten.

Yes, there are powerful weapons but there can always be something better. Enemies die too easy..... until you played the raid on hard or were trying to solo the nightfall. I need what weapon to raid with you? I have it, never use it and still beat the raid. This game needs an overhaul and to stop catering to people looking for an easy win or don't know how to counter whatever weapon they want nerfed.

9 RespuestasI hated re rolling. I thought it made the game very bland. Drops were not exciting either. However, i miss nightfall the most, and how it was actually useful. I think it needs to consistently drop 300+ gear, and occasionally 310+ gear if you are lucky. Nothing should be below 300 that drops from there. I also miss the year one crucible maps. They are few and far between now. All the new maps encourage nothing but long range play, and it makes every game so pathetically boring.

PvP was actually good in the beginning

7 RespuestasRaids providing good gear. Feeling like a legend (Fatebringer, black hammer, gally). No infusion. Nightfall was fun and worth it. Etheric light making everything in the game relevant. Of course there were some not so good things as well, but I did have more fun in year 1.

I miss true legendary hand cannons. Not the year 2 shelled out forms with half the total ammo.

I miss the guns. The elemental primaries. I miss shredding enemies and not having to plod through most encounters. I miss nuking bosses with Gjally; I miss shredding the spider tank with Black Hqmmer. I miss the FUN Destiny used to provide.
