4600+ Grimoire Players
I have 4680 grimoire score and I don't think it proves that you have skill. Grimoire is just something to show how much time and dedication you have to the game in my opinion. What is your opinion?
Don't even reply if you have less than 4600 grimoire. Your opinion is irrelevant.

I think it only really shows how good you are when you get 4800+ because you have won most game modes but if your max max shows that you are above average player

All it shows is how dedicated you are to doing the story. I have such a low score purely because I never finished any of the DLC story including TTK

Well, experience usually translates to skill on some level. Doesn't mean you have higher skill than someone with a lower grim, just means your personal skill level is higher than it used to be. Most likely anyways.

2 Respuestas4875. Skills can be improved and fine-tuned along the way. High grim players have taken the time to build their grim scores and that would typically make a high grimoire player somewhat skilled due to the experience gained by seeking the relevant grim for particular activities. PVE is content where grimoire is literally handed to us on a silver platter, with the exception of the hard mode raids which I gather some folks still struggle to beat. Crucible is where grimoire becomes more difficult to attain, it's a grind. Aside from the variable factors like whether or not you play a mode solo or in a pre-made friend fireteam, opponent ability or whatever, will dictate how quickly and how far you go with grimoire hunting. I currently have 5 grim to get for Doubles and 15 from Rumble to hit the maximum. Rumble is my Achilles Heel, so I will have to dedicate the time to get in there and practice, gradually improving my skill level if I am to achieve the required wins to fill the 3 tiers for the 15 grimoire point progress.

Your grimoire doesn't show your skill, it shows your knowledge in the game. Some one with low grimoire could be absolutely amazing at everything, but might not have done raids, story missions or earned certain weapons. Their knowledge of mechanics and strategies wouldn't be as fine tuned as someone with a higher grimoire. More grimoire means they've put more time into the game, learning mechanics and how the game works. This doesn't mean that they're necessarily better. There are always exceptions.
