To maintain the type of group everyone wants to be associated with, some standards should be established for the behavior of all flying the Syndicate ONE banner. While many clans strive purely for quantity, we'd much rather have a smaller group if it means striking out with Guardians who are a pleasure to be around. - Above all, [b]respect is a mandatory item.[/b] Demeaning, racist, and generally offensive behavior will not be tolerated. Even in times of stress, a level head prevails and keeps everyone involved going strong. - [b]Commit to gaming together.[/b] The hope here is that we establish a small, but tight nit community. Can't happen unless we reach out and make the effort. Not saying we run exclusively with clan members, just that we would never shy away from the opportunity. - [b]We are exploit-free gamers.[/b] Not that we are against a little "cheesing" now and again, but actions that are detrimental to the experience of others online are wrong. Lag / red bar exploitation would be a prime of the aforementioned. - [b]Arrogance is unbecoming a member of the ONE.[/b] Keep your ego in check. Everyone is of variable skill level and everyone brings something different to the table. Also, spending an entire session bragging on the amount of exotics in your collection or excessively shaming another Guardian (clan member or not) when they come up a bit short is foul play. - [b]Spamming the clan forum or wall is unacceptable.[/b] Unrelated content, alternate clan promotion, or repeated single letter response streams are examples of spam. The above items are all grounds for a warning or based on the severity and/or frequency of the infraction, banning.
