Ogres teleporting, Please fix it or address it.
The challenge is Crap otherwise. We tried everything we could to stop the issue on our end and it is not on the players end. The problem lies on Bungies end.

1 RespuestaYeah it's just frustrating! Same problem! Ogres are down and in one time they stay right in front of us! Please reset your servers Bungie. Gives you guys a little break from thinking witch guns you guys want nerf next! Thanks

Same here. Finished it once first night with my clan within a few tries. Should have been the first but we got screwed when he wouldn't take damage up front to finish him off after we detonated all 16 orbs. 2nd night spent almost two hours fighting glitch after glitch including getting booted on the last orb run and same fire team logged out frustrated and didn't want to fight the servers anymore. Tonight we had a few different clan members and we had several runs we should have beaten it but ogres were teleporting. We had it 4th orb phase and the 4th ogre teleports up near Oryx and that was the last straw for the night and we logged out. Would like to see a fix for this so I can finish it with my other 2 characters.

2 RespuestasLet me elaborate a little here. Upon investigating the map in which Oryx resides, there are sharp inclines right behind the Light Eater Ogres puddles that poke out right behind them. If you stagger the little shit twice before it can even pop it's pathetic little body out of the puddle, THEY WILL TELEPORT IN THE CENTER OF THE MAP. This is to ensure the Light Eater Ogre still drops their corrupted light orb, BUT IT HAS BEEN THE CAUSE OF SIX WIPES OF MY FIRETEAM IN THE LAST HOUR. YOUR BILLION DOLLARS SHOULD BE AMPLE ENOUGH TO FIX THIS SIMPLE PROBLEM, BUNGIE. ALL CONSOLES ARE SUFFERING ON BEHALF OF YOUR NEGLIGENCE AND IT IS TERRIBLE ATTEMPTING THIS FLIPPIN' CHALLENGE WHEN YOUR FULLY CAPABLE FIRETEAM DOES EVERYTHING CORRECTLY. Sorry for all-caps, but this is literally -blam!-ing ridiculous. A group of 316+ average players cannot do a challenge mode because the ogres want to do whatever it is they -blam!-ing please. (not to mention the countless random and inexplicable "misadventure" deaths that occurred along the way) Bungie you need to take responsibility for your glitchy game...i want my loot! i earned it.

Two titans blessing and weapons and they have to get to oger 4 fast and kill him on the spot. The oger teleports because he can't stay where the bombs are so the platform guys have to help kill the ogers so the two titans can take out the 4th fast. And after the shade don't move or you glitches into a wall. It's not a connection problem is really piss poor coding going on #glitch #challenge #oryx

2 RespuestasOnly happened to us a couple times and we just had to kill the others faster. If they are alive too long whilst standing in the blights they'll teleport.

Yeah, after hundreds of times of attempting the challenge on hm we've figured it's either the ogres or dying by blight explosion even after making it back to the aura.
