It's all pulse rifles now? Somebody has to agree with me. It's not balanced at all. It's not mixed weapons. Handcannons are completely useless. Auto rifles are well.. Just beyond garbage, scout rifles... Hmmm debatable. Also it's funny how everybody jumps on the band wagon. You hardly ever saw Titans in crucible now it's full of sun breakers because of the super clutch.
I'm a legit beta player with high KD/top 1% who has seen all the balance issues since the vex being ridiculous from day 1. I'm no game technician expect but I know Bungie have no clue how to balance a "competitive"
Leave your shit comments behind, a lot of people must agree with me, pvp used to be better. Why does everyone say "it's the meta" a person should be able to use all weapons. Not just a pulse rifle with headseeker.

I do agree with you the current meta is garbage but, minus Thorn and TLW, id prefer the old meta.

Fusion Rifles are the only unusually ineffectual weapons I've seen, though to be fair I've rarely used Hand Cannons myself. I have to reload every five seconds and run out of ammo quickly, no fun in that for me. Pulse Rifles are fairly dominant, yes, but I don't think quite as bad as Cannons used to be. Still, some of those 2-shot Pulses are a bit much. As to Auto and Scout being useless, however, I have to entirely disagree. I can't deny that Bungie really seems to be flailing about with their balancing, though. First one thing's OP, then another, then one OP thing is totally useless..

Lol half the weapons I see are still TLW. I think it's fine. I am using scout rifles and doing fine.

I do think the range on pulses is a tad bit excessive. But autos aren't garbage tier. They shrek in their optimal range.

I always used hand cannons and pulse rifles in year one. Today I wrecked with a scout rifle while warming up in crucible, and won most of my gunfights with an auto rifle during a flawless trials run. you just have to find one that works for your play style. My scout is the full auto SUROS one from the gunsmith, and a Dealbreaker from an engram. Both extremely powerful in PvP if you use them right.
