You don't earn shit in this game unless it's a bounty (thorn) or a quest line (touch of malice) other then that its a luck drop so enough of " I grinded to get this gun " no that's stupid cause a single person can get the luckiest drop and never had to grind for shit

Xurned is earned. How did you get the coins? By playing the game and getting random coins to drop? Yes. Then you got it the same way I did. By playing the game. Mine was a rng drop btw.

1 RespuestaI don't care how they got it. You have to grind or just play enough for coins. On top of all this you don't know if someone even has time to grind out since you know ... LIFE FOOL !!! I like the fact that Bungie added other ways for people to get good/great gear. Some people don't have the time to grind others just don't have the RNG gods on there side (like myself). Realize people, just because you can grind out or have the RNG on check, that doesn't mean everyone else can. Don't hate on stupid things. Concentrate that negative crap where it's really needed.

Either way it was probably due to xur that they got thier supercell. Getting one to drop with a 3oC buff is not earning it. But honestly it makes no difference how someone gets it...

1 RespuestaSigned. Why should I care what other people have or how they got it? That affects me how? Why would anyone care? What does it have to do with anything? Although obviously the term 'Xurned or Earned' is misleading. To be accurate it should be 'Xurned or got a lucky drop from RNG'. Admittedly, it doesn't have the same ring. But to say something is 'earned' implies there is a specific amount of effort required in exchange. RNG dropped items aren't based on whether you deserve it, you didn't earn them, you got lucky. If you dropped a dollar coin into a pokey machine, spun it, and got back $100, would you consider that to be money you 'earned'? Consider this; I got my Zhalo supercell as a nightfall reward in the first week of TTK. A few weeks ago, my nightfall reward was 10 strange coins. If I used those 10 coins, plus extra coins rewarded for levelling up a faction to buy a Zhalo supercell, would I deserve the gun dropped by RNG more than the one bought with coins? Those who complain about Xur selling (insert exotic) are sad people, who don't value themselves very highly, and we should all feel sorry for them. Their fragile little ego is only supported by the idea that; "I have (insert exotic). When people see I have it they think I'm special by association. But if everyone has one, I won't be special anymore. People will realise I'm not special after all. And if random people I've never met don't think I'm important, I'll feel like a worthless loser, because my feelings of self worth are based on the opinions of other people." If you are one of those people who gets upset at Xur selling 'your special item' to people who 'didn't earn it', I feel sorry for you. I sincerely hope that one day you are able to value yourself as a person, without it being based on what you believe strangers think of you in a video game. It might help to keep reminding yourself of the truth; Random strangers you meet online don't judge you one way or the other by what exotics you have. Personally, I truly, could not care less what exotics other people have, or how they got them.
