I keep looking at the raid and thinking "why would i want to do that?" or "what a waste of time." Like seriously does anyone still get on Destiny and actually want to get the raid done? With smite and halo 5 out there is no reason to continue this grind for stuff that isnt even fun.
Anyone else feel the same way?

I just shelved the game yesterday. The community sucks, and the game has become as boring as watching grass grow. Pretty damn tired of grinding just to get loot that is less than what I already have by quite a few levels. Miss the old days where if you got it...you just had to max it out. Now you have to hope you get the item, with a number that will actually help your light...but generally not.

2 RespuestasWell, I enjoy this raid. Normal mode have me no progress, which disappointed me. Hard mode gave me some progress, and I jumped three light levels. Getting bad loot does discourage me though. The Old Hunter expansion for Bloodborne is supposed to release in November on the 24th, so I'll probably skip Destiny for a while.

That is exactly how I feel... I've played this game since the beta and pretty much nothing else for the last year but I haven't even done the new raid once yet... I know to get my light level up past 300 I really need to do it but just the thought of going back to playing with people from LFG puts me off... Don't get me wrong, I've came across some really nice and friendly people on LFG but there's probably more chance of coming across a moron that's deluded and thinks there gods gift to FPS'S when in reality their $hit and need carried... Or alternatively, the ones that do actually have the necessary skills and equipment but think that this makes them some kind of supreme being and who talk to other people like $hit because of it ... I'd go as far as saying that this game probably has the most toxic community out of any I've ever played and I include COD in that.

1 RespuestaI just want to play destiny not stress myself on getting better loot
-
I can see why.... You don't have a single character at light level 300 or higher
-
I think it's fun, run it all the time
-
1 RespuestaThe raid is easy. Beat it every week. The first time doing it, it took 3 hours. Now, even on hard mode it takes maybe 1.5. Did 2 full hard mode raids yesterday. Its not that hard and is a ton of fun.
-
yup seems luke wanted it this way
-
Shards for shards or gear at lower light? Not interested.
-
Im at the sisters cp now and it has been fun it really depends on the group of people you find to play with the warpriest and golgoroth were fun and so far I got a 310 fusion and a 309 armor but other than that there is no way i would play it over and over who has the time for that??
-
I kinda want to do it just to clear the quests I have that require it but not enough to actually get around to doing it. Just too lazy to do the required research. I'd rather just be playing.
-
1 RespuestaYea after doing it 90 something times it starts to get old
-
10 RespuestasMost people hating on hm are the ones who have yet to beat it lol

Editado por waarborn: 10/30/2015 6:13:24 PMThe raid is easy and the grind is annoying. First make us grind to 310 and now 320. I'm finally over the rng grind. So happy halo is out and fallout, battlefront, and siege come out so soon. My destiny days are done.
-
3 RespuestasIt's pretty annoying how getting 320 helmets is mathematically improbable
-
2 RespuestasToo busy on halo 5.
-
I'd rather grind than get handed my weapons and have nothing really to work for
-
7 RespuestasLikewise. Beat normal once. Pretty content now otherwise. Don't feel the need to do hard mode just to do the same thing but with more spongier bosses.

If you want to play a different game feel free to. No one is stopping you and heck even I've been thinking about taking a Destiny break as I've been playing every day for the past few weeks. I haven't beat the Raid yet but I want to, because it's fun. Because being above 300 light would be helpful in any activity even if not necessary. Personally I haven't run it yet simply because I have fun just putzing around in Destiny, it is a way to relax after a long day of work. Raid is a lot less relaxing so I haven't quite worked myself up to tackle it yet. The fact that I have to go through the bother of finding or assembling a team is also a discouragement. I'll run it eventually though and your logic just doesn't make much sense to me. If you're not having fun then don't play, that's the only good reason to play a game, to have fun (how do we as gamers forget this so easily?). That doesn't mean other people aren't having fun though.

1 RespuestaIs fun for a bit then gets old But I'm one of the shittiest jumpers of all time

4 Respuestasdeej is playing halo http://bit.ly/1PZUE2f

Meeee. I'm burnt out man... For the first time since launch I actually cannot be bothered. I was so obsessed with this damn game in the first year, now it's like... eh.
-
Main reason is not having enough friends and resorting to the forums. 2 or 3 clueless idiots lead to everyone quitting at the daughters or oryx
-
4 RespuestasWhat's the point of doing it? "Hey, get to light level 320 so that you can make the boss you've killed 100 times while in the process easier to kill." "Then go into Trails, get meh weapons and no elemental burn primaries." "And to top it all off, next expansion you can buy vendor gear on DAY ONE that will make you a higher level than 320! Trust us. It's fun!
