Anyone else have no drive to play the raid
I keep looking at the raid and thinking "why would i want to do that?" or "what a waste of time." Like seriously does anyone still get on Destiny and actually want to get the raid done? With smite and halo 5 out there is no reason to continue this grind for stuff that isnt even fun.
Anyone else feel the same way?

1 RespuestaAgreed raiding was once my favorite thing but now it's menial. I love transition stages in raids honestly I wish you got more loot from those. I love the statue area, the jumping ships, The powering of the glyph; and "the wall of dicks" as some call it. The boss fights are a bore

Ill wait for the next dlc, buy the vanguard armor, then go back with a huge advantage of like 60+ more light than recommended and breeze through the raid

It's fun?? I play video games to enjoy them? Maybe I'm mistaken though, I must be in it for only rewards.

I would care if the weapons were better and ESPECIALLY if they had burns. I have the sniper which rules, and would like the machine gun but I don't care enough to grind for it alone. Meh, don't really care about it.

Raids are the main reason for playing this game, for me at least.

2 Respuestasi want to play it but after wasting 3 hours looking for a game then finally getting an invite, then to just be kicked when i didnt know how to do oryx even tho i specifically stated that i only got up to this certain point, im kinda pissed right now i even looked on a forum for people who havnt done it before and no one on there was for 360 everyone else wants experienced people but i cant get experience without doing it and i guess i cant play until i have experience i wish i could just solo it

It's still fun to do with the right team (not full of arse holes). You can take or leave the rewards, but still i enjoy it.

I feel the same way. The raid has no appeal really. They put all that "work" into the raid and it really isn't a big deal unless you want to max your light for trials.

Hard mode seems pointless...the raid itself is barely relevant.

Haven't done it yet. But if they had elemental primaries or elemental infusion, I would have been doing it on each character for weeks now.

To be honest it's actually fun with a bunch of friends, because either you film it and do random cap being idiots (shout out to The Clueless Guardians), or its just nice to hang out.

Well at least they implemented a way of getting to max light level by doing crucible for all the main PvP players. I'm good at trials I think I have a 1.7kd but PvE is still my strong point

5 RespuestasNot very inspired to after 6 completions of NM on 3 toons which netted me only 4 drops. period. 1 helm,2 gaunts and 1 sniper. Shards every single time or nothing. While my other bro pulls 3 armors and 3 guns out of one run,on one toon. The rng seems more unbalanced and brutal than it's ever been. After year one,talking about this rng spectrum still being such a problem makes me wanna throw up. Oh,I'm pretty sure microtransactions to up your drops is right around the bend, sure Luke we believe you on that one. Bungie needs to wake the fuq up as competition is gonna be fierce from here out. FIX THE RNG AND DROP RATES!! YOU CREATED IT!! I hate how they ''act'' like they don't know how to control it. LOL.

Outside of the raid there is not much reason to be above 300 light lol. I have no drive to play any of the pvp crap.
