If that doesn't work for you then just join a group under 310 and go as far as you can. My guess is daughters. Do that a couple times then you'll be 310+ and can try to join those groups.
You coming here to cry that some of the kids on the playground won't pick you first for dodgeball is pretty embarrassing.

I was 307 when I first completed the hard raid fresh and was the lowest level player, but guess what, I did not die like my 310 fireteam was and on top of that, I was directing them on what to do. Some scrubs which ask for 310+ to do the hard raid, just want others to spoon feed them the raid. Really, I don't get how these scrubs reach level 310 and still don't know how to run relic on Daughters.

And then there are those that yes, even though they can't carry their own weight, will seek those that can carry both. Again it falls under the category of if you don't like it, do something about it. Crying on the forums does nothing.

Lol you called me xx forum stalker limb xx Again all I'm saying is, if OP doesn't like seeing people ask for people that are 310+ that coming to the forums to cry isn't going to do anything. OP is just as capable of forming his own group to the specifications of his choosing.
