What will YOUR hard mode requirements be?
Update- I don't yet have a group to do the raid with tomorrow when it drops.
I'm a 307-308 hunter depending on load out.
Ps4
Have mic
Have gally(not maxed sorry)
Have ToM but no spindle
Have 8 kings fall clears so far.
I'm not too picky, just looking for 5 others to do it with that have similar experience and are in for a good time! Let me know if interested!

I usually raid with a normal group..so there are no requirements there. But when/if we have to LFG heres the rules. 1.be able to withstand spontanious laughter and some off-color jokes from us regs. 2. Don't have to be told the same thing more than twice. 3. Keep squeaking/squealing at a minimum. 4. Use the appropriate weapon for the task at hand. (Don't use s shotgun and sword during warpriest etc..) 5. Realize you are replaceable...if you are afk/unaware or otherwise less than able for whatever reason you will be booted. Thats really it.

All perfectly acceptable requirements ill post for 305+ Either malice or spindle. Raid emblem (i mean really, of they havent completed normal, why bother hard?) Mic required And always end posts with message with class and light for inv (the main one i focus on. If they dont do this, they most likely cant follow simple instructions)

Have good guns that can do decent dps for hm. Have a mic and is a good communicator. Listens to the raid lead. You have a decent light lvl. If your a loud mouth know it all then you get the boot.

For example anyone asking people to "help" are giving away that they usually struggle at stuff. And people putting specific gear requirements are probably assholes.
