Honestly I know how it feels to be the odd man out raid-wise. If I ever use LFG I'd be pretty chill. The hard raid is the hard raid after all, so I'd probably say: -Above 305 (I'm not there yet lol but I'll get there, I'm at 304) -ToM or Black Spindle are GREATLY recommended -Two raid clears (just so you're familiar with the base mechanics) -Must be cooperative with others (you're not Rambo, we all need to work together) -Willing to walk through players new to the hard raid mechanics (everyones got to learn somehow)
