the Infusion system is a failure in its current state. why should I have to spend so many weapon parts (and exotic shards for exotics? are you kidding me? you don't even let us buy shards from xur anymore) and rely on RNG just to max out weapons that I actually like using? it's almost impossible to get non-raid weapons past 313-315 without relying on getting lucky a few times every week in the hard mode raid. give us ascension back or fix infusion because infusion sucks, and it's just bungie's way of making us grind more.
this game has become way more boring ever since TTK came out. a 20 year old could've designed this game to be more fun and fulfilling. the combination of infusion, a lack of weapon parts, the now uselessness of motes of light(aside from leveling up gear quickly), severe pvp imbalance, the fact that all previous content in destiny has been made obsolete, and that the only things there are left to do in destiny are the raid, trials, and iron banner. and two of those things are broken because the gear you're going to get from it is going to have the same stats as vanguard gear.
thanks bungie, for making 80% of the content (and it was fun content too. the vault of glass is still probably the most well designed and most fun raid in this game) in this game pointless, aside from the intrinsic value people derive merely by playing the game. the only reason I play anymore is if I want to kick ass in trials for fun with my friends. but other than that, this game doesn't provide much incentive to play. and I'm willing to bet a large sum of money that statistics will show people are playing destiny a lot less because of it. This shit needs to stop. honestly, I'm only playing destiny anymore because I'm waiting for other games to come out. fallout 4 anyone?

I think the idea of infusion is cool, that we can continue to use the vendor weapons we like and put raid weapons and anything with higher attack into them to keep them relevant. However the 310 weapons requiring really good rng from the raid I think is stupid. The only way you can get to 310 is if you are EXTREMELY lucky.

Editado por Lift Ya Sack: 10/20/2015 5:47:55 AMIdek what you are complaining about ive played vanilla until lvl 28 with 100+ light, picked the game up again like 2-3 weeks ago and im already a lvl 40 with 296 light xD and plus isnt hard mode raid dropping gear 310-320?
-
We've?? You I think is what you mean

Editado por That Zexi Guy: 10/20/2015 2:40:04 AMEasy way to fix this: -Once you hit 300, all blues drop anywhere from 280-300 lights. -Legendaries will always drop anywhere from 15 lower than your current light to 5 over your current light (capped at max light). For example, if you are light level 300, you have a chance of dropping a Legendary at 305 light. You could theoretically get past 300 without ever doing the raid, but it would be very hard to do since there is only a 25% chance that the Legendary will have more light than your current light - Exotics drop anywhere from 10 lower than your current light to 10 higher (capped at max light). The system currently works this way, as we typically get can get 310 Exotics but also 290 Exotics, but I suggest fine tuning it so we can't get an Exotic 290 drop at 308. Instead, the lowest we'd get is 298.

Personally I think the new infusion system ruins the players progression in the game. The fact that you can only infuse gear which is greater than own, this greatly slows your progression and once again leaves us at the mercy of RNGesus(something I thought bungie was trying to avoid). It doesn't allow us to grow with weapons; -I've trashed tons of legendary weapons simply because their damage was just too low compared my new ones. They should've made it an exp system, where even weapons with low attack still have value (allot less in comparison to high attack weapons, but still gives some value)
-
They need to not have 310 raid drops and 310 exotics be so damn rare. We'll see how hardmode is though. If double drops of all 310+ stuff. We may be Getting up there pretty quick. The main difference is we are used to being max level. And now absolute Max is damn near impossible.

1 RespuestaBe patient, we are pretty much playing a new game now and admit it, this expansion was a huge leap forward. This will be built upon, hang in there guardian!
-
1 RespuestaIt is annoying when you try really hard to get the raid cleared launch week and every week after to be top of the pack but only get 300 light armours and wep a for weeks. Then a lazy scrub bastard comes in does the raid twice and is 309 after everyone is high enough level to carry him
-
1 RespuestaI'm waiting for Fallout, but not so i can just ditch Destiny...
-
1 RespuestaI'm just playing this till black ops 3 comes out so I can shoot zombies.

I think kings fall is fun gets taxing at sisters... i love jumping through that portal and seeing those swinging penjalem things can feel the adrenalin rise i LOVE that feeling. :)

7 RespuestasWhat hurts me most is when you have a 307 smite of merin that i love so i infuse my 310 supercell ( i had 2 supercells ) into my smite of merin & it comes out as a 309 ! Are you -blam!-ing serious bungie ? , ive lost points trying to bridge a gap of 15-20 lvls & even thats a ripp off but losing 1 lvl trying to bridge 3 is stupid & a major oversight by bungie

I agree. Infusion feels off to me, and the waiting for drops of rng to provide me with a viable option is tedious. I too feel as though we lost content with ttk. Making the old strikes and raids redundant in a game with a small amount of content choice created a large hole in our content options, or fun time options. Yes, the game spans many worlds, but limited and restricted worlds. It has a broad scope of limited options now. It's still fun, I still play, but now it feels like manufactured play not enjoyable discovery play. The large grind is real and unwelcome in a game with such limitations on development of characters. My 2cents anyways.

3 RespuestasStill Destiny punishes those who don't raid often, that's my biggest gripe.
-
1 Respuestaso far they have scrapped everything and tried something new. how does WOW and those real RPG and MMO''s do it? Lets quit reinventing the wheel and failing and stick to what works for others! Can you imagine how lucky those that get this game in another year will be to skip all this lab rat crap! Bungie claims they actually play the game then how can they not notice its BROKEN! Forever 308! OH WAIT! Hardmode coming out so all your grinding to get to 310 is now over as we have to be 320 so now a few hardmode raid drops and boom - 315! STUCK THERE hahahhah
-
And here am I. Enjoying the game even more after TTK came out. I think I am in the minority here. I have just found more things to do honestly. I have been playing rift a lot, loving it. Finding new weapons that suit my play style.
-
It'd be so simple if they just showed us what the weapon would be after infusion. Like how hard can it possibly be to tell us that? The game obviously knows what level it's gonna come out at why can't it tell us?

2 RespuestasThe whole economy is a disaster because of ttk. I'm in a shortage of all planetary materials except for spinmetal and spirit bloom (from house of wolves). Ghost shells help but my main source of mats was from marks because I don't enjoy only going into patrol to run around in circles holding square and the sword bounty made it feel like month one destiny all over again. Legendary marks would have been amazing if they worked like they said they would. "Earn as many per week as you want! Just spend them before you hit 250!" Except that was all complete bullshit because the only things that give marks have daily/weekly caps. 10 marks for 20 materials is way too expensive, especially when I have other things I need to save my marks for. If strikes and crucible gave out like 5 legendary marks each it would alleviate all the hassle this new system caused. Reputation is somehow worse than it was before. Faction reputation is a total crawl because they halved it for no reason and there's nothing you can do besides dump motes/heavy ammo into the vendor. Nightfalls don't give the 500 rep they used to. Weekly heroic doesn't give the 500 rep boost they used to. The packages are better but that's not worth it considering the pure amount of horrid grind it takes to even get one rank. The nightfall is completely worthless. The supposed fix for "increased legendary drop rate" will still not make it worthwhile. At the very least it needs the 500 rep boost that it had before to make it at least have that guarenteed reward. Weapon parts/motes/coins got nerfed because that's what we all asked for was to get even less materials.

1 RespuestaInfusion would work if whatever you infused was brought up to what you're infusing into it.
-
I like that you aren't limited to wearing raid gear or using weapons you don't like to be max light level. I don't like how unpredictable the infusion is. If they made it so that I knew exactly what light level I'd get out of putting [item A] into [item B] it would be much better. No one likes a lack of consistency.
-
3 RespuestasNever played wow, or? :)
-
I wish that infusion had a higher margin.
-
When i saw the changes to the game, infusion, legendary marks and all the grind it required i said to my self -blam!- all that specially considering all this grind will be wiped out at next expansion or dlc. Bungie has no clue what to do with destiny overall. From story to balance to how we level our stuff. This game will be a forever beta. Anyone who thinks other wise is dreaming.

Shut up m8 it's supposed to be hard to infuse
