Pretty much the hardest mission in the game to solo.
Black Spindle mission is probably the hardest.
Unless you hide in the doorway or are self res warlock it is very very tough.
I did it not using the doorway the first time, then had to revert to the doorway on my hunter and for the ToM version of the mission.
