Titans may be the most useful, as their bubbles offer protection, and team-centered buffs that can really help.
I'd say that Warlocks are a close runner-up, as Warlocks (both of the other Hard Raids) are always useful. Besides, you would honestly look really stupid to argue that Self-Res is dumb, as being prepared is not a function of stupidity. Edit:
Yes, you have to hold onto your Self-Res, but the upside to it?... Remember MIDA? Now you have Tlaloc.
And Hunters?...
Not sure how they can really help, but shit, they are not bad assets, but I can't see any use for them in the Hard Raid... Yet.
Gettin' real tired of the classist bullshit.
I'm not sure why people think I said that Hunters are useless...

Self rez Nuff said
-
See I like self Rez but then it just puts you on the mindset "Oh I can die and there would be no worry " Hunters Are A second for getting a TON of DPS
-
Warlocks are dope, Titans have bubbles, and Hunters make all the orbs ever.
-
I'm not voting as all classes will come in with equal use. Hunters: shadowshot is a dps, orb machine And let us not forget celestial nighthawk on oryx is awesome damaget. Titans: obviously WoL bubble and hammers. Warlocks: self res is always a plus and storm caller is also a good class. Everyone has to be feeding off eachother or your supers don't work. Then it comes down to making sure your gears intact.
-
The one you play best as probably. They all bring something to a fireteam.
-
9 RespuestasEveryone is praising the DPS abilities of Shadowshit and Fart of Dawn and they're forgetting that there will be NO revives in Hard mode! NONE! Bubbles and Shadowshots will be useful, but warlocks with Fireclutch will be a real asset

3 RespuestasEditado por sguizzo: 10/12/2015 11:25:41 PMmain warlock here voted for titan because WoL bubble is just that useful in almost any situation as a second choice i'd go with a stormcaller warlock as i've seen it's very useful for getting rid of annoying adds which there are a lot of especially when taken swarm in during golgoroth's fight and after shooting the sisters, plus that super can recover all of your health immediately and it lasts 20 seconds and yeah nightstalker's arrow can boost your dps but...it lasts way less than WoL bubble and some enemies cover their weak spots when thetered so... sometimes it's awesome (same as stormcaller, with golgoroth taken) and sometimes it gets in the way

People always rag on hunters when it comes to relevance. It all depends on the individual. If you run across someone who has multiple characters and rarely uses their hunter, of course they aren't going to meet their potential. But if you run across someone who regularly uses their hunter, it could prove to be pretty useful.
-
Hunters are relic runners, gaze runners, celestial nighthawk dps, invisible medics and damage buffers. I'm not trying to say hunters are the most useful, in fact I agree with the ratings but this is here to show people that hunters aren't exactly useless.
-
You can make it work with whatever you want to roll with, no class has a distinct advantage over another. The most useful though will probably be titan, just because of the varied team buffs and added protection. But again, you can make it work 6 warlocks just as easy as 6 hunters or 6 titans

10 RespuestasThere is no best.. Every class has vital assets that make the mission easier...

1 RespuestaWhy not 2 of each?

19 RespuestasEditado por Ne0nK0ala: 10/12/2015 9:01:19 PMErm have you played kings fall, I get that you are baised but honestly warlocks are useless, that's why I deleted mine last week, there's no need for anything a warlock has. Sure you can mention self-res but I think bungie wants to tackle the communities perspective that you can just do that in any raid and self res and it will be done, we see this with the tablet of ruin, and I think that tablet of ruin will not just be placed in the ogre room. Aside from coming back from death though there's nothing, literally nothing. Nightstalkers have tether which dramatically improves dps for all bosses, as well as invis which helps with a wide range of encounters and what I would say is the most accurate jump in the game. Then there's Titan with melting point for dps, a pure damage machine super, or weapons of light/ blessing of light if you prefer. And the nightstalker and sunbreaker can double their dps abilities with wol for even more damage. The most useful team would be 2 nightstalkers, 2 defender Titans and 2 sunbreaker Titans, that would be the best possible team for normal and hard.

8 RespuestasEditado por Tomato Gravy: 10/12/2015 10:06:25 PMSo you think warlocks should be up there just because they have self rez ability.....lol But you aren't sure how hunters could be of use?.......either super biased, or just don't have a clue.
-
4 RespuestasHunters not being useful? Lol k bud. Incase you haven't noticed how much more damage tether adds, that'd pretty helpful. Also the current golgororth strat with 1 bubble I'd maximized dps because instead of leaving early hunters can turn everybody invisible to safely jump out and not lose the last few seconds. And running the relic? Pretty sure hunters do it the fastest. If your butthurt about anything I said atleast back up what you have to say.
-
Hunters void invisibility might be very handy!
-
Night stalker to proc like 10000 orbs on every super activation
-
Editado por Dr_Jbz: 10/12/2015 11:03:00 PMHunters also have team centred buffs now, as well as invis-on-demand, and if needed some golden gun power. Plus, there are a lot of insta-wipe mechanics in KF. add that to no revives and i doubt self res will help much. 1 warlock alone is useless.
-
2 RespuestasEach class will help a lot: Warlock: Stormcaller - Ad-Control Sunsinger - Self-Res Titan: Defender - Bubbles! Sunbreaker - Insane Damage Source Hunter: Nightstalker: Orbs and Criticals as well as a team vanish! Just my opinion though :^)
-
Why is everyone using the Warlock for just Self Res? When the Warlock can put out a lot of dmg & be an orb machine. Use Radiant Skin-Viking Funeral-Touch of Flame & spam them grenades to make orbs or do dmg. With Heart of The Praxic Fire you can also decrease ability cooldowns if close to teammates, the Warlock has a lot of potential.
-
I voted for titans but hunters? Are you kidding there bow allows your team to do a ton more damage to the bosses they are very helpful
-
Bubble wins every time.
-
Editado por Brichb: 10/12/2015 10:45:35 PMTitan.. Just like in every other aspect of the game now
-
The self res for warlocks will only be so useful in this raid being you need team mechanics, so if you lose too many guardians, a self res won't bail out the team, but just to be able to come back if you go down helps. Also, at oryx, if the team is struggling to finish him off when he starts to teleport everyone. If the warlock isn't the last one in, he can suicide and get pushed out, self res and get re-teleported. Buys the team a few more seconds which could be vital. Can't speak for the other two classes because I didn't grind them up, but with the right player behind the controls, both Hunter and Titan are beast classes with either support and/or dps. Going to be fun, hopefully a little challenging but not over whelming
-
Bubbles and bows. Gotta have me more bubbles and bows
-
Hunters have nightstalker for support and more importantly celestial nighthawk for heavy dps. I can already imagine the lfg posts asking for them so stunning Oryx is easier.
