Titans may be the most useful, as their bubbles offer protection, and team-centered buffs that can really help.
I'd say that Warlocks are a close runner-up, as Warlocks (both of the other Hard Raids) are always useful. Besides, you would honestly look really stupid to argue that Self-Res is dumb, as being prepared is not a function of stupidity. Edit:
Yes, you have to hold onto your Self-Res, but the upside to it?... Remember MIDA? Now you have Tlaloc.
And Hunters?...
Not sure how they can really help, but shit, they are not bad assets, but I can't see any use for them in the Hard Raid... Yet.
Gettin' real tired of the classist bullshit.
I'm not sure why people think I said that Hunters are useless...

They all have something to offer for the raid. Titans: Bubble for WoL and protection. Melting point and add clearing with hammer. Flashbangs for disabling adds when they get overwhelming. Warlocks: Stormtrance is an add clearing machine especially for cursed thrall on Golgoroth. Self revive so they don't need to be picked up if they die in less than safe for pickup locations. Nova bomb is great for adds too. Hunters: Golden Gun with Celestial Nighthawk does incredible damage. Shadowshot for increased damage on bosses or quick add clearing. Smoke bombs.
-
Honestly depends on the player
-
Hunters have shadowshot for dps & invis, both crazy good for kings fall.
-
Hunter's will be useful with either Nighthawk gg, or shadowshot. The only boss Shadowshot shouldn't be used on is sisters. Then again, at this point it doesn't matter because 5/6 of my team use ToM on them and kill them both in one go each. I prefer using sunsinger in raids, as the overshield I can give myself will always take the hits as I recover some hp. Regarding super, if I need to rez (as I'm the gaze holder/relic runner/glyph reader) then I'll rez. Shit happens in raids, and not to just select people. It happens to everyone. As a raid leader, I'm going to use everything at my disposal to make sure we finish the fight we are at, even if it means self rezzing saves the day. Last note, no one should be using their super on oryx, unless it's a gg with nighthawk. You'll do more with your ToM or 1K Stare/BS.

I'm actually not sure why people feel so attached to a specific classes to the point of out right hating other classes.... it's interesting that this game has developed such a relation for some players to their characters of choice. I personally have all 3 characters and like each one pretty equally for different reasons. But some people feel so strongly about their preferred class it's almost weird.
-
Honestly 2 of each class is a fantastic way to go. They all work easily together. 2 tethers 2 bubbles for high buffed critical damage. 1 stormcaller and 1 res or 2 depending on the circumstances for that saving touch. 2 hunters incase one dies during the ending run, assisting team to go invisible, making sure of a tether. 2 titans for bubble, solid team security and extra damage. Stormcaller for clearing those hateful ads, and res to make that rescue of the raid of needed. There are plenty of options in this raid but 2 of each is certainly the most effective
-
Titan no question. Been dominating since vog raid and i dont think any class would surpass titans on a raid.
-
All of them.
-
11 RespuestasNightstalker is better than any warlock class. So what if you can self rez, that won't help at all if several fireteam members die at Oryx. The only supers that would be good during the Oryx fight is damage based, ranged supers. Hammer of Sol, Golden Gun, Nova Bomb for example. Not enough adds to support running nighstalker, you have to be in specific spots so titan bubbles won't be entirely needed, blade dancer won't kill an ogre, striker won't be needed and stormcaller is good just for ads.

1 RespuestaWatch out for the cliff guys.
Never trust patches
-
Golden gun + celestial nighthawk = oryx flinching in 3 seconds
-
Titan bubbles
-
Hunters are pretty good for jumping at the end part of the raid, and for parkour in general at any jumping part. So, that's a use.
-
One hunter at the most TBH since he had shadow shot

Editado por Johnny Blaze: 10/13/2015 5:46:28 AMTitans will be good for bubbles, warlocks good for self res, hunters good for tether, have you seen the extra damage a crit shot can cause when tethered with a WoL buff included? I dunno how you can't see why hunters are valuable as well, All 3 classes are valuable It seems you said hunters don't have a use in hard mode as you couldn't name one....
-
It's hard to say because we don't know what the modifiers are
-
19 RespuestasNight stalker bow is basically weapons of light except you don't have to worry about stepping into a Bubble.
-
Bow with black hole? Yeah no use there lol...or celestial Nighthawk against oryx...hunters are now an effective support class.
-
I annoy a hunter, but they can help by tethering golgoroth or the sisters to get even more DPs
-
2 RespuestasTitans are always the best in PVE (and now pvp hehe) Bubble Bros for life
-
Editado por CapnMark: 10/13/2015 5:09:02 AMThat's why I decided to level up my Titan. You'll always need a bubble poppin bro!
-
Bubble titans and nightstalkers for maximized dps. Stormcaller warlocks for add clearing so thst NOBODY HAS TO DIE. Why rez when you could kill the things that would kill you?
-
4 RespuestasHunters are by far my least favorite class but the night stalker super is impressive, could be extremely useful for things like dpsing golgoroth
-
I would say atleast 1 hunter for clutch crit hits
-
Editado por ChristB: 10/13/2015 12:22:45 AMAll of them lol. They made the raid so all classes would work well together. Edit:yea self rez wins nm
-
Self rez Nuff said
