Wearing a shader doesn't do anything for breast cancer. I'm well aware of it without having to do silly things such as wearing a ribbon or a shader. We are all aware of breast cancer, why not just leave it at that. Let's get off these stupid bandwagons. How many of you dumped water on yourself like a bunch of tards? How many people did you save?
English
-
That wasn't for breast cancer... But the people who did it properly donated money The money spent on those ribbons was not for profit
a pink shader isn't doing shit
-
How come people don't know that cancer "research" is funded without "donations" from the public. I'll put it to you (general statement) like this. How many jobs would vanish if the cure for cancer was released?
-
General statement: EVERYONE WHO HAS JOBS DEDICATED TO CURING CANCER WOULDN'T FRIGGING CARE IF THEY LOST THEIR JOBS BECAUSE THEY CURED CANCER YOU TWAT
they'll make more money selling the cure no matter how cheap than they do from people wearing pink shaders on a video game.
Editado por Abyss_Is_Bliss: 10/8/2015 10:46:41 PMI'd do more research if I were you. I'd also suggest aging a bit before returning to the forums. I'll assist you in education. A cure will not cost more than the current system. In the current system, a diagnosis is made utilizing expensive equipment, which requires staffing. After that bill has been added up, a treatment plan is put into place. Surgery, radiation, pills, everything required to maintain life. Your ignorance isn't a surprise to me in the least. You are part of what plagues our world. A thoughtless nobody who can't think beyond what's in front of your face, who resorts to all caps and name calling in an attempt to make an ignorant statement. It's clear that you know absolutely nothing about what it costs cancer patients from diagnosis to the grave.
-
Apparently you missed the point of funding research And the whole age thing was a swing and a miss
-
The whole point of research. Research is funded quite well without donations from the geneal public. As for the age comment. It most certainly wasn't a miss. Maturity is directly related to one's age. The running theory is that as people age, they become wiser and more mature. Your initial post was immature and therefore represents your age. Anybody who takes to name-calling to make a point on something they know little to nothing about, is quite immature.
-
Okay mister smart mature guy, why don't you tell me why people who are dedicated to finding a cure for cancer wouldn't call you a twat for thinking they wouldn't want to loose their jobs because a cure was found?
-
Is that a serious question? Do you even have a clue how much money is being pumped into research? Do you have any idea how well pharmaceutical companies live selling the medicine to keep the cogs greased? You say they are dedicated to finding the cure. A percentage of people are in fact dedicated to that cause with the purist intentions. However, more people are dedicated to making sure they have fat pockets. Be honest with yourself, and look at human nature for what it is. More money changes hands treating cancer than it ever will curing it. If you actually do some research on what is involved from diagnosis to death, the numbers will blow your mind. I know about it because I had the privilege of watching both my parents take their last breaths due to cancer. As long as humans exist, so will greed. There is no money to be had in a cure when all the money is being made in the treatment.
-
Okay one big question for you Do you realise that a pharmacy that sells an actual cure will make more money that one that sells painkillers instead?
-
Editado por Abyss_Is_Bliss: 10/9/2015 3:33:40 AMNo they most certainly will not. You are talking about one cure that isolates and destroys the cancer gene. One pill across the board, or a bottle of said pills, or a series of shots. As it stands currently, hundreds of different types of pills are being pumped out with side effects that require a variation of medicine, not to mention hospital visits. Will the cure be cheap? No. To a cancer patient, it's cheaper than the incoming bills that stack up just from calling the doctor.
-
Yeah because if there is a cure for cancer it's a single pill genius
-
Reading comprehension really isn't your area of expertise is it? I am done talking at you. It's a frustrating experience trying to have a conversation with someone at your level of intelligence. Goodnight.
-
Look you -blam!-ing twat I don't give a shit about weather or not you want to "talk at" me but you really got a -blam!-ing screw loose if you think that just because someone reads what you say that they'll -blam!-ing believe your twisted reality Oh by the way you stupid -blam!-ing twat the money they are given for treatment, guess what that does? oh duhh i don't know, goes into their wallets no you stupid -blam!-ing twat, it gets spent on treatment If you want to tell me that pharmacys wont sell cures because they make more money off -blam!-ing people up and making them pay for drugs to counter the side affects you really mustn't have a very high level of intelligence yourself because if they make a cure, it will still -blam!-ing have side affects Annnd the people working on a cure don't see a -blam!-ing cent of the money that goes into the treatment of it, and they won't even -blam!-ing loose their jobs, the pharmacys won't go bankrupt -.-
oh and if you think people can't donate money to help cancer research you are a real idiot
But sure continue to tell me I can't comprehend what you are telling me or should I say "talking at" me
-
A greedy person would sell it for a lot, not bury it and pretend cancer has no known cure
-
If they wanted to make money, they would make more money actually working, go have a look at how much they earn dipshit surely it's not enough to continue to let cancer go without a cure How's this for a question, do you really think the "government" puts all the money in their -blam!-ing savings accounts?
-
I've got another question, when the money goes into the treatment, you do realise that's being spent on treatment right?
-
Or is that not wise enough for you?
