I hate people who boast about their kd. I ran into people who go invisible and wait for heavy to get kills, than they tell me they are better players... when the only top 1 percent stat they have is kd...
Ps can someone tell me my medal score?

Only if you're a virgin then you have real things to care about.
-
No, it mean you're a good player.
-
To an extent
-
Your medal score is *drumroll* 2,407,695
-
they have to have at least 1k kills unless it's trials, trials is just pure tryhard
-
I think for the most part it does. If someone has hundreds of hours and 2 kd.. I'd say they probably score really good almost every game. Now asking 8f 8t means they are good team player is a different story.
-
Yes. Yes, and yes. It TOTALLY means you got an kd and then if you don't, then R.I.P. Iron banner/trials of Osiris rewards :)
-
Only if your an elitist 12 year old
-
Yes and no. Id say they have high kill potential but they may be ignoring the objective. It could go either way.
-
No. Are most people that used Thorn all the time considered good, or just someone using an unbalanced weapon?
-
3 RespuestasId rather play IB with a low kd high capture ratio than someone with a high kd who doesnt play the objective.

1 RespuestaEditado por KillingTime42: 10/6/2015 5:46:36 PMA good player on a team puts the win before personal performance. Sometimes you need a hero to rush in and draw fire so their teammates can sweep in for the win or the point or whatever. Of course, a team can't win if they don't have some strong killers on it so, as it so often is in human affairs, the answer is "sometimes". Edit: A shout out to all the node defenders out there. We don't always get the kills but we win the game (sometimes).

I have like a 2.7 and it doesn't mean shit. People have off games/days. There's too many variables. In ranked halo 3 my kdr was around 1.4. Did that mean I was average? No cuz I had TS 50 in multiple playlists and I played against ppl with similar skill. Then when I went into social my kdr was significantly higher. Also destiny is not a core shooter. I can customize my gear to give me an edge over others. I think kdr is only a rough estimate of someone's potential
-
Just means Bungie puts you with people who suck more.
-
Pub stomping? No. Solo? Sure.
-
No it doesn't. Someone with a high KD but low objective scores is not a good player. However on the other hand someone with both a good KD and good objective scores is someone I'd want on my team
-
K/D is just another way for elitist to tell whos dick is smaller... The real indication of skill is your objective scores. PTFO
-
Yes, in PvP.

2 RespuestasEditado por The New Monarch: 10/6/2015 4:51:48 PMIf we're speaking in general, its usually an indication that they can hold their own...and at least add more points to your team than they give to the opposing team. But really these in game stats are never a reliable way to measure everyone, too many variables with how people actually play and what they contribute in PvP or PvE

3 RespuestasA ridiculous K.D (3.0 or above) means that you are probably good. A 1.5 or lower means you can be really good or decent. Negative is, well, negative. Not very good.
-
I mean if we're talking about crucible then I'd probably go off of true skill rating instead of kd, but a higher kd is generally an indicator of at least a decent player. One of the best players I know however only has a 1.5 kd because he only ever really plays serious in trials, the rest of the time he's playing NLB and another sniper, or some other silly shit.
-
Generally, yes
-
It depends on what you are playing.
-
If you played 500+ games and have a kd of 5 i would say that you are probably good
-
2 RespuestasDoes a high batting average make a ball player good?
-
3 RespuestasKD doesn't mean shit because all the best pvpers are playing sweaties. Your KD in a sweaty will be completely different from pub games.
